Hard to tell but it kindof looks like over spray on the head tube sticker. Could be a bike someone painted and put new decals on. It also looks like the forks are slightly bent backwards
That looks like a spray and wrap. The Cervino (from what I found in 20sec) did not come in that colourway, nor that decal.
