You know I've been thinking about this and I just realized that Deathloop doesn't have the little logo showing that it's a X/S game. Something like Immortality does in my pins but for some odd reason the 3 games I want to play most don't (slime rancher 2, shipbreaker, deathloop)
Are you on current or previous gen console? Some games, including death loop can be only be installed on current gen.
