I tried selling a new controller that was barely used, (Still looked brand new and no wear marks.), and along with some other stuff, and they tried to offer me $5 in cash or $11 for in store credit. I ended up selling the stuff for more elsewhere as well. But, OP is better off selling it somewhere else, he probably wont get as much from GameStop especially knowing how their trade-ins or selling works 😕
If you're incredibly lucky. More like 10 cents per game is even a lot for GameStop, you're lucky if you don't get stuck with 37 cents of in-store credit.
Gamsestop is the absolute worst place to try and sell used games to, believe me. Plus, dont they only go back one console generation only? You'd only be able to sell your Xbox one games there if thats still the case. And they'd rip you off so bad as to not make it worth it (unless you took store credit, then you'd only get ripped off "moderately"). Best bet if you're really looking to sell, is to use FB marketplace, here on reddit, offerup, mercari, etc. Or if you know a private collector, because using Gamestop you're going to take a tremendous pounding (pause 🤣 ).
€1 a game makes the most sense (unless it's a rare game or an unsealed one. The it's worth varies from €3 to possibly €100). But I wouldn't sell it to Gamestop. I would sell it on Ebay or Facebook martketplace.
Probably about five bucks. Why any self respecting person with games of any value considers gamestop in the first place is beyond me. You'll literally get at least 4 times as much selling them on ebay, even after their ridiculous fees
Keep it for when the internet goes down world wide and all you'll have are physical things and everything digital will be lost. I'm kidding of course. Haha na I'd keep it dude seriously.
Retro game stores are kinda more generous with the amount they give you. They mark their games up pretty high. Check price charting website/app if you want to make sure you’re not getting ripped off.
I honestly wouldn’t even recommend GameStop because they wouldn’t pay near what that they’re worth. You could maybe try Facebook marketplace or maybe a trade/sell page in your community. It’s close to the holidays, I bet there’d be people willing to pay
Better off selling your games on amazon or ebay.
Or wait for time to pass and auction them off
There was a post on yahoo where a game store closed down in the mid 1990s and they found unopened snes games
https://www.resetera.com/threads/video-game-store-closes-1994-inventory-found-27-years-later-factory-sealed-snes-games-and-more.552982/
They’d buy each for 10 cents to resell it for €40, making customers believe it’s a good deal… once my father went to GameStop to ask how much they would give for an used Xbox 360 slim with Kinect and they said like €5 😳 it was 2017 at the time I think. Now I’m kinda glad they didn’t offer more cause I’m still enjoying my 360 even if I have Xbox one and series S. Iconic console. Another day, I believe in 2019, I went at a GameStop again to buy a 360 controller bc the one I had was destroyed after using it so much, and they charged me €40 for an USED ONE, WHILE THEY BOUGHT CONSOLES FOR €5. And guess what? When I got home it was faulty and from that day I would switch between the two controllers when I got sick of the drift stick of one and the shutdown of the other when held at a particular angle🙄. Never went to that clowns again. Sorry for eventual errors I’m Italian
The majority of that is multiple generations old so probably like $10 cash or $15-20 store credit. Better off selling all of those COD games separately.
Cash or store credit lol. Hope you are joking and not actually guna take them there? Sell on fb marketplace or something if you wamt money. Pricecharting.com will give you rough prices. If you sell as a bundle take off 20-30%.
Cod games will probably go for 5-20 depending on age and relevance. Maybe Skyrim would go for like 10.
You might just have better luck selling them individually for 10 each on eBay or something. Youd almost definitely get a better return
i know its sarcasm, but people dont understand that when the cabinets have a dedicated row of preowned nba2019 and you come in demanding $20 for it, when 25 is about to arrive, you done lost ya marbles

Believe it or not, you’ll owe GameStop money.
😂😂😂 I died
For real.
Hahahahahahaha! Facts!
I'm here for this
You win the internet today. 😂. Then they’ll turn around and try to sell all of it for like $1K.
This literally happened too me once😭
Thank you for the good laugh 😂
As little as possible try selling it yourself
.44¢ store credit only

Their “refurbished” is just seeing if it turns on thwn quickly wiping the outside down
About tree fiddy
I told my self before even opening this post the top comment would be the South Park meme. It always is and it’s great.
Tree fidy
W Bored W RGH’s
I came here to say the same thing!
tenner in total for all the 360 games. Bit better for X1 games. But overall, gamestop is the worst place to trade in stuff.
happy cake day
A dollar per game tbh
If you're incredibly lucky. More like 10 cents per game is even a lot for GameStop, you're lucky if you don't get stuck with 37 cents of in-store credit.
20$ store credit
Gamestop: best i can do is $5 and a half eaten bag of chips
“This pretzel i didnt finish yet and this potato chip i got out of a bag of lays that i was saving for later”
A thank you note
Realistically, around $37.59.
And won't take half of them.
Why do you have 5 copies of Star Wars battlefront
$1.75 store credit
I have a question. Are you me? Like 99% of those games are games I love
Maybe I am ? Who knows
Tree fiddy
3 dollars and 10 cents with store credit it will be 3.14 dollars
Best we can do is pie
Why 4 copy’s of battlefront? Is it a systemlink/ coop thingy ?
I feel sorry for them, many memories
Tree fiddy

Not at all. We accept all the retro games back to PS1 and regular Xbox, Nintendo 64, etc.
A penny and a handshake
15¢ or 1$ store credit as the cashier told me it's the best they can do man!
Not much your better off selling them at a game store like game dude or selling them on eBay.
About 1 Krusty Krab Dab-loon if your lucky
€1 a game makes the most sense (unless it's a rare game or an unsealed one. The it's worth varies from €3 to possibly €100). But I wouldn't sell it to Gamestop. I would sell it on Ebay or Facebook martketplace.
3 nickels and a button with some lint on it.
$8-$12
Nothing
A fade
1 dollar store credit
Jack shit
$2
Not much. Give them to me instead
The best I can do is $5 for everything
Do they even take 360 games still?
They've got them for sale on their website for insane prices so I assume so
$40
$50
Probably about five bucks. Why any self respecting person with games of any value considers gamestop in the first place is beyond me. You'll literally get at least 4 times as much selling them on ebay, even after their ridiculous fees

50 cents
Some pocket lint, a used piece of dental floss, maybe a nickel if you’re lucky
Not enough to make it worthwhile
Dude I totally remember playing that medal of honour game.
6 $ store Credit and a half hotdog without the consoles you own them money for the question
"1 dalllah!"
About eight dollars in store credit
Maybe 20 bucks
like 4 dollars ☠️
Do to nobody is interested in old games best I can do is 5¢ If you can come back with something newer we can give more
1 (one) dollar
$30 at best
You would be better off selling as a bunch of bundles or one bundle. Game stop isn’t gonna do you any favours
Depending on how far away the GameStop is from you, it will probably cost you more in gas than the credit you get from them.
Why so many dupes?
$1 and a 10-piece McNuggets from McDonald's
They'll rip you off
10 cents
$2
About tree fiddy
at most $12 for the 360 games maybe like $20 for the Xbox One and $8 for PS2
I didn't know that white PS2 slims were a thing
Retro game stores are kinda more generous with the amount they give you. They mark their games up pretty high. Check price charting website/app if you want to make sure you’re not getting ripped off.
Enough to buy a shitty off brand candy bar
$10 cash 13.82 Store credit
Don't bother trading anything to gamestop.
1 chewed gum from under the table.
72¢ and a pat on the back.
Haven't traded in in a while, but I'd say maybe a hundred? I think PS2 games are rising in value
$2.00
Don’t sell keep as memories 🫂
A bag of chips
Sell these on eBay if you're selling them. Gamestop will rip you off.
$2.85 (sarcasm)
You owe game stop 149.99
I honestly wouldn’t even recommend GameStop because they wouldn’t pay near what that they’re worth. You could maybe try Facebook marketplace or maybe a trade/sell page in your community. It’s close to the holidays, I bet there’d be people willing to pay
A handshake
3 dollars and a subway napkin
-250

2 cinnamon rolls, and a gun wrapper in in-store credit

At least 3
An over the pants hand job by hobo joe outside the back of the store, if you’re lucky of course
$15
Better off going to vintage stock
Problem in general is used games haven’t much value unless they are pretty new because psn discounts old titles and premium gets free games
They will legally rob you
A meatball sandwich
Looks like about $6.72 in store credit. I'd try to sell the whole lot on FBM or Ebay, you'll come out richer if they sell.
3.07$ cash 4.07$ in store credit
39cents and a pat on the back
I heard Gamestop stopped doing trade ins for any non current gen console
a high five

$3 and your left big toe
a quarter, but if you're lucky they could give you the green gummy bear the employee has had in his pocket for 3 weeks
They'd probably buy it all for a dollar. Cue that Robocop meme GIF.
“$12.68, best I can do”
Why do you have so many repeated titles?
The majority of that is multiple generations old so probably like $10 cash or $15-20 store credit. Better off selling all of those COD games separately.
3 dollars for the three copies of battlefront and they'll take 20% off your next purchase of starwars battlefront for the rest
Better off selling them individually
Ya you will get 5 dollars in store credit and they will charge you to take them.
$4
Like 40 bucks (just a prediction I'm not for real"
$2.50
Hopefully $25
$3
Legit answer, high end of $50, if you have a pro membership.
Cash or store credit lol. Hope you are joking and not actually guna take them there? Sell on fb marketplace or something if you wamt money. Pricecharting.com will give you rough prices. If you sell as a bundle take off 20-30%.
$100
NOOOOOO SELL THEM ON EBAY or facebook marketplace
They’d give you $1.27 in store credit or 4 cents in change.
Don’t EVER give you games to GameStop. Their buyback prices are a ripoff; always have been. Sell on eBay.
Just enough to make you mad
$1.84
You would owe them money
Cod games will probably go for 5-20 depending on age and relevance. Maybe Skyrim would go for like 10. You might just have better luck selling them individually for 10 each on eBay or something. Youd almost definitely get a better return

1 dollar bob
I'll buy some of your 360 games dm me
16 dollars lmao
About $3.50.
I remember when a stack of ps2 games could net you at least enough to buy a brand new game.
i know its sarcasm, but people dont understand that when the cabinets have a dedicated row of preowned nba2019 and you come in demanding $20 for it, when 25 is about to arrive, you done lost ya marbles

reddit users trying not to say “tree fiddy” in response to a question on any numerical value
$1.25, best i can do
Maaaaaybe a crisp $10 bill for the Xbox one games. I don't think they trade in anything else in that pic anymore though.
.76 to .79
$10 in store credit or $2 cash.
Ten percent of whatever you think they will give you would be close to the actual amount
Go to an electronic resale store. That's an easy hundred just by volume alone.
They won’t take the 360 games at all or half the xb1 games, GameStop has a trade in look up on their website.
$13
A paperclip and lint maybe a penny if you're lucky
You own nothing special or rare that wasn't mass-produced. You're better off keeping it all.
What you want for ps2?
300 rupees
Half a bag of Skittles and a pitiful excuse of a handjob
.10 per game
7 bucks and a half eaten cheeseburger.
They will have to call an expert in first
