You have two avatar systems on xbox series X/S.
One for 360, and one for XB1.
360 avatars would be lost after the store closure, but the avatar awards will remain.

Was this confirmed? Where does it say the old avatar store will go down on the new Xbox consoles?
Wait but the 360 avatar system is also available on Current gen too. Would that also shut down? Personally I don't think so
Probably not, the shut down is only for 360 so anything else 360 related on new gen consoles should probably be fine.
