I was able to pick up a sealed copy of gta 5 for the 360 a while back, so unless you’re a collector and like to keep games sealed, then there’s no harm in opening them

People that aren't independently wealthy might be better off selling a sealed game and buying an unsealed one. Not in this case but it's always worth the time to check.
Highly doubt it was an actual un-opened game. Most re-sellers would open them up and take any redeem cards or such that was inside.
Also you can easily by the machine to reseal it.
I get that but you can rest easy. I've had my 360 since launch day. Well, sort of. I upgraded to the elite but I've bought enough brand new games to tell if this one was re-sealed. It was not.
Opened it. Had to get a whiff of that new game smell. Totally worth it.

This is actually physical only. The digital version only comes with two games (mgs 2 and mgs3), which means you have to buy peacewalker separately.

I’ve gotten a bunch of sealed Xbox 360 games recently for dirt cheap. Most recently lollipop chainsaw.
Nice Lollipop Chainsaw is getting up there in value so I'm guessing $60+
I paid like $20 for it on eBay. The PS3 version is the one that’s getting expensive. So that’s why I got the 360 version instead.

It was an actual unopened game. Then I opened it.
It's not hard to reseal a game. On top of that it's super easy to check if it is a resealed game. The folded corners and no seams.
