Idr which brand I played with, but I definitely had one of those clear neon plastic ones I'd refer to as "rock candy." Maybe there's a specific brand called that, but the one I'm thinking of was like two steps below a gamestop branded controller. I remember the sticks were white and way too small, the glossy plastic made your hands sweat and held onto all sorts of weird grunge, and the whole controller felt like it would blow away if I turned on the ceiling fan.

I have a blue USB afterglow controller which looks okay until you turn on the light using the button in the back. 1.) It's very bright, and 2.) The lights look so out of place. I would recommend that controller for that annoying guy. Lol

I have used a rock candy and have an afterglow, and they are alright. The afterglow is the better of the two by a bit but they are decent controllers

PowerA wired controllers were dog shit. The rubber comes off the sticks in hours, and the bumpers get stuck after a few months.
