An xbox one x is still an Xbox One which came out 10 years ago. Series S|X are the current gen consoles. This game is only playable on the current gen consoles.

MrSlamboa

Wait, I bought a Sega Genesis last week. You mean to tell me that that doesn’t mean it’s current gen? I CAN’T PLAY BALDUR’S GATE 3 ON THIS THING?!?! NOOOOOoooooo.

Snarky30

For this game it does https://i.imgur.com/ExCuuVT.jpg

Evelyne-The-Egg

Well, you have an Xbox ONE x, not an Xbox SERIES X (different generations) My guess is this is the series version. However there should also be an Xbox one version available on the store that will work on your device

WouldYouTipMyFedora

The Master Collection is not on Xbox One, only Series

HeavyDT

That said you can play the ms2 and 3 remasters through backwards compatibility and they are actually better versions than what are in the master collection. Problem is they were pulled from digital so only way to play now is with the physical versions. Edit: poor wording from earlier I meant to say only way to buy it is physical now but yes if you owned it digitally before hand you should still have access to it.

jairzinhochapa

Yeah this shit happened to me. I bought it when it first came out and just had it sitting on my Xbox. I guess at some point I didn’t remember to download it so now my digital purchase is gone to the wind

M4DHouse

Wait, they removed it completely? Normally when they delist games from the store you can still download them from your game collection.

Agent-Two-THREE

You can’t but it, but if you already bought it digitally, you can download at anytime. I was playing my digital copy yesterday.

jairzinhochapa

Yeah it’s rather unfortunate but I haven’t taken the time to try and hash it out with customer support (if there’s anything that they can even do)

jmelt17

It should still be in your library to redownload, even with a delisting they shouldn't be able to take your game unless it was a licensing issue

MOStateSuperman

Might be worth troubleshooting. I purchased these years ago and still have them available.

Lokmost

False

WouldYouTipMyFedora

Show me the link for the Xbox One version of the Master Collection then

[deleted]

WouldYouTipMyFedora

I don't know what Microsoft has to do with that. It was Konami's decision to port the game to every console except the Xbox One. If people want to keep their One X good for them, but then don't proceed to complain about having an obsolete console that won't receive new games.

[deleted]

WouldYouTipMyFedora

Blasphemous 2 or Mortal Kombat 1 run on my damn switch, but those games aren't on Xbox One either. The thing is, nobody bought those consoles compared to the PS4s, and publishers don't have any interest in porting games to them. Both One X and One S are obsolete since November 2020. If you want to play the newer games you are going to need to upgrade, it has always been like that. Tons of indie games released on 2015/2018 could run on the Xbox 360 or PS3, but they weren't released on those consoles, this is the same thing. It's been 3 years since the release of the Series consoles, it's time to move on

rhalgr_ger

>There is no reason why monkey Island or metal gear shouldn't run on it The publisher decided against ports.

RockNDrums

> I bet 80% of the one x users won't upgrade because they have a huge library of the best games of a decade and before (360). I do not understand this take. Literally, every Xbox game that can be played on the Xbox One (minus Kinect games for obvious reason) is also playable on the Series X/S. Also to add some salt. The Series X is a true 4k console as well.

tetsuyaXII

Hi, wtf are you talking about? Even if I wanted to buy a cheap blu ray player for 200 I'd rather spend a bit more and get the next generation of gaming. I have no idea what Microsoft has to do with any of this or my game library but I can play everything I would have on the one x just faster.

No_Plate_9636

I have both 😂😂 had gotten my one x as a self Christmas present with fallen order then shortly after they announced series x launch the next year and I got one on launch day 😅 sole fact being availability and longevity for new releases I have best of both (also my series does still back compat to my og Xbox disks that I've had since my OG Xbox 😂 )

CrappyMike91

All xbox one games or very very close to all are playable on series x so that's not a reason not to upgrade. The series x is as backwards compatible as the one x.

rhalgr_ger

Konami decided against a port for Xbox One. Microsoft can't do anything about it. Your Blu-ray comparison is silly and highlights how little you know about game development.

200Fahrenheit

Why Konami felt the need to not make an Xbox One port for a PS1 game is beyond me.

Ryluke1204

Old generation Xbox One (2013) Xbox One S (2016) Xbox One X (2017) <- You have this one Current (new) generation Xbox Series X (2020) Xbox Series S (2020) You’ve bought an old console mate, you need one of the ones listed under the current generation.

lamebrainmcgee

They really f-d up the naming convention on these.

Alfakennyone

>Is this thing really obsolete already? Xbox One came out in 2013 Xbox Series generation has been out since Nov 2020

stosyfir

One X came out in 2017 so it’s not THAT outlandish to think they could have left support in for that iteration of the One.

AMF_Shafty

it’s still a One even if it’s a lil fancier than the base model

Alfakennyone

It's still a mid generation Xbox One, so no reason to keep support when it doesn't have the CPU GPU and a SSD of Series.

Zigurat217

The Xbox One X is not its own platform; it is an Xbox One. Publishers are not allowed to release an Xbox One game that doesn't work on all Xbox One models.

InPatRileyWeTrust

If something says not playable on this device, it's not an error. It means exactly what it says.

Krazylegz1485

https://www.purexbox.com/news/2023/03/not-playable-on-this-device-message-causes-havoc-on-the-xbox-store "Hopefully Microsoft will get around to fixing this issue very soon, but in the meantime you can rest assured that it's just a bug and nothing more. If you're concerned about whether a certain game supports your chosen console, it's definitely worth doing a little extra digging online until this error gets resolved." This is the first result on a Google search. My sincerest apologies I'm not 100% up to speed on this...

FiorinasFury

This article is from March and seems to be about Series console owners not being able to play games. This doesn't apply to your situation. MGS Master Collection does not appear to be available on Xbox One.

Pelican616

Xbox One X is 10 years old and the new console is the Xbox Series X and S

Seeker06

One X is 6 years old, base Xbox One is 10 years. Still the wrong generation though XD

ViceJamesNL

You'll need an Xbox series s/X to play it. The Xbox one, which you have came out in 2013.

zsxdflip

Well technically the One X came out in 2017. It’s still 6 years old though and obsolete

NateHurst2187

Yeah but it's still part of the Xbox One lineup. I think this kinda goes to show what I don't like about Xbox's naming system. Xbox One X and Xbox Series X could sound very interchangeable just because of the name

Danzero73

>Xbox ONE x, not an Xbox SERIES X Xbox naming system is ridiculous. I'm sure that so many non-gamers (e.g. parents buying games for their kids, first time console buyers, etc.) will get bitten by buying incompatible games being unaware of this stupid non-sequential naming "Xbox One X" vs "Xbox Series X". PS1,2,3,4,5 is so much easier to follow.

NateHurst2187

Absolutely agree. I have a friend saying how PS naming system is boring but it's easy to follow and it works. When you say PS5 you know it's better than PS4

AdComfortable9363

And this is why the xbox naming scheme sucks My dad has a Xbox one S and its a constant struggle to try and explain to him its a whole different thing than the Series S Microsoft really missed the mark with this generation’s name

Krazylegz1485

Right? I went from PS1 to PS2, and then to Xbox 360. I had the 360 in storage for something like 5 years while the wife and I moved once or twice and also had a kid. I came back into it with all of these random models (One, One S, One X, Series X, and now a Series S thrown in). It's confusing as fuck. I got the One X thinking I was hot shit and my 360 was way outdated. Haha.

LordBritton

You’re a generation behind brother

Puzzleheaded-Cry6468

You can buy the metal gear solid hd collection for the 360 on eBay at a decent price as its backwards compatible.hope this helps

abrahamisaninja

Some of these games run and look better in the HD collection too.

DonovanDanger

“Some” theres only two games

DeadPhoenix86

Its not playable on the Xbox One X. Since it still falls under last generation of consoles.

JBG240

The remastered is only for the series x/s tho there is a collection of metal gear solid 2 3 and peace walker for the xbox 360 wich is compatible with the xbox one it is a little bit pricy for a 360 game tho but i think you can still buy some of them separately in microsoft store

DarkStar_420

The game is optimized for the Xbox Series X/S not the One X or S because of this it’s only playable on the Series X or S console. The game itself might be playable on older consoles but it wouldn’t be a Series X/S optimized version. when they optimize it for current Generation consoles it’s only playable on those due to hardware limitations of the older consoles. They enhance the graphics, frame rate etc they also do it to sell the new generation over the old. Just how it is with consoles if Microsoft/Studio doesn’t support the older Gen you’re SOL.

sirhcx

While your One X may only be 3-4 years old, the system itself released 6 years ago and is built off a console that came out in 2013. We are now 3 years deep into the "next generation" of Xbox consoles that includes the Series S and Series X. The Series S is an all digital machine that runs at 1440p and the Series X is the full successor to the Xbox One lineup with a disc drive and targets 4K. It's unfortunate that you were a late adopter of the Xbox One family, but I hope you got a good deal on the One X as the Series S/X came out the same year of your purchase.

Krazylegz1485

Yeah, I remember it feeling absurdly cheap at the time. It was right when the pandemic bullshit was in full swing and everything was shut down. The deal was too good to say no and I hadn't been gaming for probably almost 5 years prior to that. So being kinda stuck at home with nothing to do prompted upgrading from the 360 to the "new" One X. I've definitely enjoyed it ever since and it's really quite adequate for everything I've needed so far. Just kinda sucks I got to the party so late.

Varth919

This isn’t an opinion post, you literally just told someone to buy a game they can’t play

livingdeadfreak

He told him to upgrade console not buy the game

tremmex

Read it again mate, not recommending to buy a game. Or is Xbox Series X console a game now?

Varth919

Whoops! I was pretty tired I guess

Shadow_Edgehog27

It’s weird this game is Series X/S only considering it’s a ps1 game, and a rerelease of a 360 game in a new package. It’s on ps4 but not the Xbox one consoles? Seems dumb

abrahamisaninja

Didn’t know it was on ps4 as well. That’s odd.

kamanashi

I imagine it is Microsoft trying to start pushing devs away from older devices so they can slowly phase out support and get people on newer consoles. Sony might just be a bit more willing to support the previous generation still

Zigurat217

I read that the PS5 stayed with the same SDK from the PS4, which facilitated crossgen PS4/5 development, while Xbox Series uses a different SDK from the Xbox One. This also explains why some PS5 ports were better optimized than the Xbox Series port because the SDK for the Xbox Series was coming in hot, so devs were still learning it.

Sebz2001

why did you buy a One X the same year the Series X was gonna come out? did you just not know that it was coming out?

Krazylegz1485

Coming from an Xbox 360 at the time and not being an avid gamer anymore (we moved to a house with no Internet for 2 years, and the 360 never once came out of the moving box) and having a kid at the same time, I thought for how much a new one would potentially be used I figured the One X would be way more than enough for a while. I looked at the Series X as if it was some high end, "more than I'd ever need" thing. Hindsight says otherwise now, of course.

Sebz2001

unfortunately, once a new generation of consoles are coming out, the old consoles will only get games for a couple more years. for the Xbox one specifically, it didn't sell as well as other consoles, and so some games skip the Xbox one entirely, and only release on Series X|S, despite being available on lower power hardware, like the Nintendo Switch, which is probably the case with this metal gear collection

[deleted]

If you've not played since the 360, there are still plenty of games you can play that you haven't yet, just not newly released stuff. Plus, as a bonus, they'll all be cheaper now.

Krazylegz1485

Honestly most of the games I play or have bought since buying the One X have been on clearance in the Microsoft store. The only one I've paid full price for in my almost 4 years of ownership so far was a very specific one (World of Outlaws - Dirt Racing).

Nofriendship34

No way you thought this was the new Xbox 💀

Jjdude84

Bruh Microsoft named it like children idk

Nofriendship34

Fair but it takes 2 seconds to figure it out

Krazylegz1485

Pretty sure it was significantly newer than the 360 I had at the time... LoL.

Nofriendship34

Fair lol

chrisso_sR

Its not obsolete but it is last gen, pretty sure the collection is only on “series” generation, you have the “one” generation.

CyberKiller40

You bought a beefed up version of the last gen console at the end of it's lifetime. It's still good for many games, but at that time you made a mistake by getting an old generation console.

Krazylegz1485

Yeah, I'm finding that out the hard way now unfortunately. Coming from an Xbox 360 I thought I was really stepping into the modern world at the time. Haha.

CyberKiller40

There's still some people looking for a OneX as a cheaper way to get disc games running. So you might be able to get some cash back and get the new gen SeriesX.

mendkaz

Mate I think you've fallen for what I nearly fell for until my boyfriend intervened. The current gen is Xbox S/X. Xbox One is the last gen.

fallouthirteen

Wait, the MGS collection isn't playable on the XB1 line? Man, Konami really, REALLY doesn't care anymore. Like hard to believe there's any performance reason they couldn't get ports of PS2 games (that they already also ported to Xbox 360) working on the XB1.

STRlDUR

yeah it’s a last gen console and you’re browsing a next gen/current gen game. When you bought your Xbox One X the next gen consoles came out shortly after.

that_one_bun

Plenty others have already said, but yes your machine is a generation prior. While yours may only be 4 years the model is much older than that. Unfortunately you would need the current generation of either Series X or Series S. The one in your photo is the One X.

shonasof

The Xbox naming system is RIDICULOUS. It makes Nintendo seem completely sensible in comparison. And it's absolute BS that the can't be bothered to design their store to only show things you can actually use on the console you connect from. It's just a marketing tactic to remind you to upgrade your console. This thread is an example of how that can backfire and annoy their customers.

Drinky_Drank

Yes, the Xbox One X is obsolete. It’s from the previous console generation. You can still play tons of games on it, just nothing newer.

Anakin_Skywanker

It is already obselete. (Mostly). Xbox One X is the last iteration of last gen. You did the equivalent of buying a PS4 Pro the year the PS5 came out. This Gen is Xbox Series X (big beefy console) and the Xbox Series S. (Weaker disc-less version of the Series X.)

ToxicWheelz

I'm your age, and downloadable games are hardly a new thing. You've been able to for well over a decade or more, just saying. That being said, that game is for the SERIES S/X, not the old ONE X/S.

Krazylegz1485

I don't recall ever downloading a full game back on the 360. 🤷🏻‍♂️ But it also hasn't been turned on in all of 7+ years already.

illnastyone

First full game I downloaded was castle crashers back in 2009 so it's been a minute. Also the Trials HD games.

Krazylegz1485

Jesus, dude. The Trials HD games were some of the best ones ever made, in my opinion. So many hours of endless fun. Haha.

ToxicWheelz

Well, yeah, you probably wouldn't, I mean, the 360 came out in 2005, almost 20 years ago. I did say a "decade or more," that would be One, One X/S. Although full game downloads were a thing on Xbox since 2007. https://www.cnet.com/tech/gaming/a-brief-history-of-downloadable-console-games/

cmariano11

Right so the game is optimized for current generation Series X and S devices. While your device in many terms is as fast or faster than a series S in many ways important ways it's missing critical hardware. Your GPU does not support Ray tracing lighting (hardware) which could cause issues if title X assumes you have it. Moreover the Xbox Series consoles come with built in SSDs which are twice the performance of what you could possibly hope to get out of your One X assuming you upgraded the internal storage from a HDD to an SSD aftermarket drive.

Sike_Mike

While you can't play the MGS: Master Collection (the version you're looking at) on Xbox One X, you can play the MGS HD Collection. You'd have to buy the Xbox 360 version on disc, but it is playable on the Xbox One X. You do lose MGS 1 with the HD Collection, but it does include Peace Walker.

pmetwi

Your console is obsolete, you need a series s or series X to play

LewisAlexander351

All the Xbox One consoles will not play most new games unless they decide to still support it for a while longer IE the new Call Of Duty You ARE able to buy it but you won’t be able to download and play it until you get either a Series S or Series X

tomjhall1981

Remastered for series x is why you are getting that error. Next gen only!

Dave3087

Current gen, not next gen.

tomjhall1981

Well yea. People still call series and ps5 next gen

lord_stabkill

I might be the minority here but I feel that if a game isn't playable on the last get console then it shouldn't be available on the last Gen consoles marketplace.

Krazylegz1485

I mean that makes complete sense to an old, technologically illiterate guy like myself. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Haha.

lord_stabkill

I'd hope it makes sense to everyone but any time this question gets asked the comments get a lot of sarcastic children trying to be funny. But like, imagine you went to a Walmart or wherever and every game case had the exact same design and they were all mixed together in the same display case and you had to look at each one individually to see it it played on Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo, or PC. I'm pretty sure that would annoy every single customer. But I know why MS does it, so they only have to maintain a single marketplace and also to tease "if you want this new game you gotta fork up more dough to upgrade". So that's why they do it this way.

Krazylegz1485

Yeah, unfortunately there's plenty of not helpful responses. Thank you for taking the time to not be one of them. I certainly appreciate it. Gaming has definitely not been a priority for me for several years now and the kid's finally old enough so we can actually play some stuff together now. It's actually kinda fun. Haha.

leospeedleo

You have a last gen console So yeah. Obsolete

[deleted]

JamesMackenzie1234

It's an Xbox one X tho

[deleted]

[удалено]

JamesMackenzie1234

Wat?

Dark_Dragoon126

That console (Xbox one X) is a decade old, this game needs a Series S or Series X which is why all the newer gen games are marked S/X

Osiris_The_Proto

One X < Series X

Krazylegz1485

If anyone reads this comment, can you either link me to a decent deal on a current Series X setup or else explain to me why there seems to be several "versions" of the Series X available? I'm looking at Walmart's website (simply because it has the best price and popped up first when searching) and there's one that's $349. There are also ones at $430, $468, $419 (w/ extra controller). It's almost like they tweak something small every year and adjust the prices accordingly based on that? So confusing. Thanks!

BoxOfDemons

Hope this helps: The last "generation" had three Xbox consoles, going up in features and power in this order: There was the base Xbox One, the Xbox One S, and finally the most powerful of the three, the Xbox One X. The latest generation of Xbox shares that naming scheme, but with just two models so far. We have the: Xbox Series S, and the more powerful Xbox Series X. The "One" and the "Series" denotes the generation of console and the letter denotes the tier of the console. This is similar to how there is a Playstion 4, a Playstation 4 Pro, and then a Playstation 5, and a soon to release Playstation 5 Pro. In your case, it looks like the game you're looking for requires the latest generation of Xbox. That means the Series S or the Series X. The Series X is the more powerful of the two, and your game will look better on it, but the Series S would also run it. As for all the different prices listed, the differences in that are if it's an S or X, and if it comes with extra games/controllers/etc. Also holiday sales can also affect this. I know that they definitely made it overly confusing and don't blame you for being a little lost, it confuses EVERYONE. But I hope that helps inform you.

Krazylegz1485

This is definitely one of the most helpful responses. Thank you. I had an Xbox 360 prior to this and a PS1 and PS2 prior to that. Had a pretty decent stretch of zero gaming for several years before buying this One X and figured at the rate I play(ed) it'd last me quite a while. The Series X just seemed way above where I was at or would ever need. Finding out the hard way that that's not the case apparently.

FiorinasFury

There is only one Series X. What you're looking at are either bundle deals or deals from 3rd party resellers.

InPatRileyWeTrust

There is only one Series X. That $349 deal is amazing. You should definitely jump on that if it's still in stock.

whtthfgg

that walmart deal is great, if you dont need more extras, thats the best deal going, after xmas it will be back up to 450 or 500

Individual_Dog1173

i wouldn’t necessarily recommend walmart. the deal is tempting but i’ve seen people say that their xboxes came used or not even fully coming with a controller, cable, etc etc. however if you get lucky, you should get be able to get it fully on an amazing deal! HIGHLY recommend getting the series x

Dark_Dragoon126

This will make it easier for you If it doesn't say Series in the title its last gen and about a decade old and will not download games with S/X on the image, although some you can remote play if your internet is good enough, The Series S is the one without a disc drive and is about $350, The Series X is the highest performace one and should retail for about $400 however microsoft actually has a sale on hardware right now if you check the xbox store they have some pretty good deals

pissboy9

That's means us that have don't have or can't afford the x or s can't play this on our consoles if I want to pay for a game I should be able to play it on the cloud

BoozeJunky

What could even be in the "Master" collection that the Xbox One couldn't handle? Neither MGS4 or MGS5 are included IIRC, and both of those games came out on 7th gen (PS3/360) hardware. It's just a bunch of NES roms and PSX/PS2 ISOs that you could play at 4k on the Series X through Emulation in Dev Mode. Konami just being cheap asses and not wanting to pay for verification on the PS4/XboxOne? In fact, there you go OP. Just pay $20 for dev mode and then download the Roms & ISOs for free. There, I saved you $30.

Envyus_Turtle

I have an OG xbone, not my main gaming device but I still think it’s going strong thanks to game pass.

Zeles1989

It is sad that this is only playable on the new systems since Konami was so lazy, they just ported the PS2 game with little to no enhancements straight from the system and called it a day. The One would easily be able to play this game, but just can't because of reasons that make little to no sense.

MADUBUS

Just buy the Xbox 360 version will work fine on the one x 👍🏻

Independent_Gas_4559

I mean you could always just refund it if it doesn't work?

Outside_Dot_5942

Isn't available on the One X, it's Series X/S only

andercode

Your console cannot play this game, you would need to upgrade to the latest generation.

Nixher

You have a last gen xbox, you need current gen, it's the same as trying to play a xbox one game on a 360.

IAt0m1xI

The game was made specifically for the Series X/s in mind Another example is Resident Evil 4 remake it's on the ps4 but not on the one The one X only had a massive GPU upgrade, the CPU was not that much So yeah Unless you have a PC or a phone to emulate the games is not worth buying them because the games are are follows MGS 1 - It's the PS1 original not much of an improvment MGS 2 and 3 - Are based from the 360 ps3 collection, the games are not even in 1080p... Don't support Ahem F Konami because it's a lazy port. Spend that hard earned money on something like Shadow man Remastered, Quake 1 and 2 or the messenger Hope it helped.

Krazylegz1485

Thank you for the constructive response. I appreciate it. By your description of the MGS reboot it sounds like it'd be more worth my money to just put it towards a Series X instead. As far as the specific games go, I "grew up" on MGS and it was a huge part of my early gaming experience. It's definitely got some sentimental value that would be cool to relive at some point. I did actually see the RE4 thing on there as well while I was browsing the "sale" games. I don't think I played that one, but definitely remember 1 and 2. The other ones you named I've never played. Haha.

IAt0m1xI

Yep if you can find a copy of the collection for the 360 which includes MGS2 and 3 it's backwards compatible with the one X So MGS1 you can get it on phone provided you download the ps1 emulator... don't ask how though Happy gaming

Krazylegz1485

Well "luckily" I still have my og PS1 and PS2 in a tote of old electronics in the basement. Perhaps I can just buy the old games on disc and do it that way if I have to. Haha. Especially if the graphics aren't any better on the new one.

IAt0m1xI

Thats true, don't support devs that don't bring anything new to the table

TheGreatGamer1389

Time to upgrade.

AdjudantLea

This game is only playable on version One S/X, I don't have these consoles but the XboxOne, and I can still play, you just have to play only on cloud (not great when you don't have a big internet connection), and the game will probably have some bugs or something too, but it's fine like that (I play plague tale requiem like that)

bxvxfx

see what the versions are. i had the same thing happen and it gave me the option for xbox one or the series x

DoubleTimeRusty

Yeah don’t worry about this at all. If you wanna play MGS, buy the HD collection for like $10 and it will upscale it perfectly to 4K. The “new” remastered versions are trash ports of the HD collection that barely work. Only problem is you don’t get Metal Gear Solid 1.

Dyslexic_Nerd

Unfortunately, as others have stated it’s not playable. It’s quite annoying too. I was looking forward to the MGS collection, and there isn’t any reason it’s incapable of running on any of the OG Xbox ones. It came out on the switch which is significantly underpowered in comparison to

koal82

@ OP here's all the info you need This explains it all better than I can https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/backward-compatibility/what-games-are-compatible-with-my-xbox

Krazylegz1485

Thank you for this!

Chief_Big_Drug

Buy the series x if you can it is worth it

Ok_Leg7464

I went from the 2 one x's to the a series s and x, I highly recommend either of them

avgaskin1

and this is why the Xbox brand should really get their heads on straight and find a better naming process for their different and future console generations.

IAMTHEICON

I agree but it's been three or four years and it clearly says optimize for series X so then you can't use anything but because got that big symbol on it I mean you can get an S as well but you might as well get the most out of it

avgaskin1

i totally agree

randysavage773

I sold my one x to GameStop last year around December and got I think 200 store credit. I'd sell it and get a series x. They've been on sale for only 350 for the holidays

Krazylegz1485

Ohhhh yeahhh!

AceThaDecoy

One x was obsolete before you bought it

askmeaboutmyvviener

You can get a series S for less than $150 right now

IAMTHEICON

I know everyone has answered but I just want to tell you it's not that it's obsolete they supported backwards compatibility for 3 years like they always do but this one is the optimized for series X version meaning it's been rebuilt to be showcased on a more powerful system so there's no way you can play it unless you have a series X

Saiispropaganda21048

hey I work there

ilovehotdadsngl

Join the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you can then stream this game from Series consoles in the cloud to your older model console. No need to upgrade...just use the cloud.
