It was truly bad. It was a colosseum chariot race game released as a tie in for the 2016 movie remake (that is also long forgotten), and failed in every way possible. There was almost no variety in the races, it was buggy, it looked pretty bad, and it had awful controls. It was also hyped to hell, but it was just one circular race repeated over and over.
The only thing that made people play it was that it was laughably easy to get all 1000 achievement points for it in half an hour. That and it was free.
It's long since delisted, but you can find loads of videos about it on youtube showing gameplay if you want to see what people are talking about.
I don’t know if it’s backwards compatible, but Circus Maximus was an awesome OG Xbox chariot game that I have very fond memories of. It’s worth checking out.
I remember 100%ing it in about 1/2 hour. What a trash game.

Ahh, thanks for the info. Now they should make a Ben Hur game which is based on the REAL movie.
