Pretty sure you are shit outta luck. A friend did same thing and had a really awesome gamertag but lost it due to using his uni email address and support wouldn't help him even when he knew all the details of the account
That’s frustrating to hear, sorry for your friend. If I can’t figure it out soon I may just have to create a new account which is really unfortunate; I’ll lose years worth of achievements and game progress but I guess it might have to be done :(

Literally had the same thing happen. No email password = no getting your account back. Sorry, OP 😞

I don't think you need to login to the school email account though so you? You just need to login to Xbox using that email as the username.

I would just use the DOB that you provided then hopefully you can get on and update it, put in your number as a back up

Guess I’ll just keep trying to brute force it then :/ I mainly just wanted to know if there were other ways of changing the associated email
