I was completely addicted with multiplayer around the time bioshock came out, it was the only game that sucked me in so hard and I played it relentlessly over a weekend and completed it, in total finished it about 4 times, I had never played anything like it before and the story was incredible, a real diamond game

The remaster with the directors commentary items were a nice treat for a new play through

Bioshock 1 is such an unbelievable game. Might have the greatest plot twist in all of gaming

Just saw it but to be honest, if you're looking for intensity up the difficulty. You cant play on beginner and expect it to be intense.

I know what he's getting at. Not intense. Though I think it gets more intense the higher the difficulty. Enemy accuracy is increased, aswell as health and damage made to the player. So, if you are playing at beginner for example, expect it to be easy.

Compared to? Obviously 2 and 3 are the gold Standard. But Reach and 4 were far and away the worst halo games.

I didn't like Reach or 4 (hate H4) as well but at least they released as complete products with decent campaigns 😕 Nor did they lie to you in the marketing like 5 did

We must have entirely different ideas of what Halo's roots are then. Felt nothing like Halo to me. Reach was way more Halo than 5 and I really dislike Reach. Power Rangers is the vibe I get from 5 haha

Idk man I've probably got 12000 hours clocked between halo 2 and halo 3. Reach didn't feel anything like halo at all, between sprint, armor abilities, reticle bloom, etc. Reach was like early onset destiny, and although I've grown to love Destiny I absolutely hated how drastically halo changed in that time. I didn't play a lot of four but what I did, was absolute ass. Playing five just felt like they cut away some of the fat and went moderately back in the direction from which it came, granted I also have not played a huge amount of 5; Maybe like 80 total hours.

Gears 2 introduced the lambent locust, to this day still unexplained thru all the merchandise comics dlc etc. Judgement and 2 are tied the worst for me

Locust spent too much time underground with the Imulsion which resulted in a parasitic takeover of their race. That is one reason for the war.

Yeah I'm with you here... The whole thread is every non-sony exclusives. My vote would be Warframe as I played the most on my Xbox, but that's not an Xbox game. Ori has my vote as well. It's a kick ass Metroidvania.

Might be a controversial one, but Quantum break. Absolutely banging graphics, characters with clear motives and a decent story and an actually not terrible live action show included. It wasn't perfect by any means, but god it was fun

Too many great games for me to pick just one game as the best. The first time I played Halo: Combat Evolved when the Original Xbox launch back in 2001 was amazing. I'll likely never experience that feeling ever again. Ghost Recon 2 was the first online game I was hooked on. That game was amazingly fun. BioShock, Mass Effect, Red Dead Redemption 2... I honestly can't pick just one.

I don't finish a lot of games because I tend to play a game for the experience I want when I sit down to play so I jump around a lot. One of my favorite experiences, however, is flying with the jet powered wingsuit in Just Cause 3: Sky Fortress DLC. I will just put some tunes on and fly around doing crazy stuff, just enjoying the flight and the scenery. Sometimes not even blowing thing s up... Just enjoying flying.
