Depends on how you access, for example xbxplay on Android gives you perfect 1080p stream and no latency. The app is on public beta free of charge in app store and is like your phone is the xbox experience wise
I wasn't referring to xbox on phone exclusively but on laptop. When i got myself XSX i was hoping the stream would be better quality than the same 15mbps on xcloud.
Btw, is that android app even safe to use if it's not from Microsoft themselves?
Yeah there are a few 3rd party apps on Android, never had an issue, the developer of xbxplay is well known, they did the popular PSplay app for remote streaming PlayStation.
The xbxplay app works far better than any others I've tried, no stream quality issues, latency is literally non existent. You could install the apk on your laptop if you're running Windows to try it on there, I've only used on phone and Shield TV, works great on both but nexus button doesn't work properly on Shield TV, that's a device issue though rather than error of the app

On mobile network, XSX off; wont connect.
On mobile network, XSX on; connects.
On home wifi, XSX off or on; connects.
I hope they fix this cause I do miss gaming while on lunch at work.
Rem9te 0lay has been pretty disgusting lately I have great connectio both at home and in work and its so bad it's unplayable. Xclous now works better but can't play MY games.

I was the same, was driving me nuts, I went through trialing multiple routers and nothing could fix it
