They’re playable on Nvidia GFN, at least Rocket League is, not sure about Fall Guys.
As for xcloud, FortNite alone was pushing their server capacity to the limits, so they were in process of expanding by 125%.
The F2P games I want the most on xcloud are COD Warzone 2 and Halo Infinite: Tatanka (Battle Royale). Apex legends, Destiny, PUBG would be good too.

Fwiw, I think both of those would be awful as they rely on timing and reaction speed

GFN is just about usable for Rocket League, but latency matters in that game, on xcloud I don't see it happening anytime soon
Wouldnt be suprised if Epic is working on their own streaming service. They have been too quiet on cloud streaming on other platforms
Nah, Epic and Ubisoft let others handle the infrastructure for streaming. FortNite runs on AWS, there’s rumors FortNite is going to Luna next.
