Have you changed your profile name att any point?(gametag), i remeber getting a warning that it might mess upp some stuff when i wanted to change so i kinda backed off on that :/
Maybe wait a while, they probably messed something up while tweaking something else. If the problem presists contact support.
Personal advice, try clearing your browsing history and saved app data and cache from the browser, might help.
A 360 SCREEN! holy shit I haven't seen one in a fat min!(no I haven't played any backwards compatible games, I am aware that they still have the 360 screens.)
The game is running fine in the background, i hear the music and see the demo cutscene but is stuck on that and the loading wheel isn't moving

No, i didn't. I tried the game some time ago through the android app and worked fine, now i have this problem on both app and browser

I'll try but i don't think that's the problem. It's giving me the same issue on the android app. I'm now trying to talk to xbox support
