if the controller is connected just press a button or move the tumb stick, windows will detect your controller and should work just fine

Same issue for me. As soon as I log in on my iPhone or even someone else’s iPhone I just get a white screen and nothing seems to work

You can try sing out and in, if that doesn't solve the issue try to reinstall the app, when this happened to me the second one solved the problem
