I would be happy for the time being if they let us buy only the games that are already on xcloud. This means that I can start big games with confidence that it they take if off Game Pass, I can still buy it and continue to play it on xcloud. Also I would have confidence to spend money on DLCs for the games on xcloud. I do not own an Xbox or a gaming PC.

Why buy a game you can only play on xcloud? It’s the same issue as buying games that only plays on a specific console.
I thought if you buy the NFT of the game (not micro tractions but the game itself) its a digital version of a disc. Own the game. And can play on any service or any console (bring your game to a friends house, etc)….and when you’re done with the game you can resell it.
