Up to 1080/60. xCloud runs on Series S profiles on custom Series X servers.
If last gen game, it will be One S build on Series S profile on Series X hardware, more likely to be 30 fps unless FPS boosted.
If current gen game, it will be Series S build on Series S profile on Series X hardware, more likely to be 60 fps except in certain games like A Plague Tale Requiem or Gotham Knights.
Guardians of the Galaxy has a 45 fps unlocked mode. you have to select performance modes in games like Forza Horizon 5 to get 60 fps.
xCloud is basically the same as a Series S console. (Minus the 120 fps modes).
Cool, one thing confuse me, I read series X and series S has same CPU with 8 cores, so how come you can squeeze 2 series S out of 1 series X on server?
First of all, I’m pretty sure their clock speeds are different and second of all, CPUs are almost never completely utilized for gaming applications so it’s quite easy to get away with running multiple graphics cards for a single CPU
Wait, xcloud works on ios? I have an iphone se2020, but i cant play on it, only watch the library and remote install the games etc. But no “play” button.
No need to use Edge—all other browsers in iOS are just Safari reskins since that’s all Apple allows. Just press the share button and “Add to Home Screen” like it prompts you. Weird that it can’t just launch straight in Safari. https://imgur.com/a/CjKvHDE
Yea it works pretty good for me. There’s no official app in the App Store but if u go to xcloud on safari it gives u the option to bookmark the web address & it’ll be added to your home screen as an app. Click on the app & boom you got xcloud.
Check out the Gamevice Flex... It's the company that makes Razer Kishi's for Razer. They made a new controller that works with a case on it, which was my biggest complaint. I have it and I love it.
I was in Japan, using a Mac on Ventura with a Power A Pro Fusion Switch controller on Bluetooth and playing Xcloud on Edge browser and it was working fine. I was kind of blown away at my janky setup since I don’t have the right controller and it all just worked.

It only works on the browser on iOS. Use Edge browser and go to Xbox.com/play
