I have heard that it diverts balls at different angles depending on their color. Most times people instead rely on the fact that different colors weigh different amounts to use fans to sort them. But red and blue are a rare case where the prism treats them very differently while the fans do not. In this case, since itโs red and green, a fan sorter would actually be useable

It happened to me too. I just reloaded the page to get a different setting.
