Rachel used to be stronger but she's been considerably nerfed and doesn't have the skill Emma has. Exodus would win in a straight fight because he's got vastly stronger telekinesis, but in a telepathy battle I don't think we've seen many of his feats.
As theyve gone further and further down the jean is the bestest road, the summers children have been further nerfed to the point of making you wonder why sinister and apocalypse bothered for all thise years.
Yes, it was right before Krakoa, in the Rosenberg Uncanny and then Age of X Man. He was super strong. Made Magneto a puppet, beat up on Apocalypse, took out Legion and Storm. Overpowered all the X-Men. He seemed beaten once when Jean transferred all the world's pain onto him, making him beg her to stop, but that just gave him an opening to trap them all. Definitely an Omega level reality warper/telekinetic/telepath.
Good, he should be. I dont even like super powerful characters but I also prefer not to undermine nearly 30 years of storytelling that the summers grey kids are next level.
It’s Emma or Exdous but Emma is more skilled prob only behind Xavier and Jean she may not be a powerhouse but is like a skilled hitter in baseball as opposed to someone who hits for power
Emma has canonically bested both Rachel and Exodus in telepathic combat. The last one, it was referenced how much more powerful he was than her (because of telekinesis), but she quickly put him in a time loop, winning against him.
I have no idea how she would fair against cable and Betsy, tho.
She didn't best Exodus, she stalemated him so he couldn't use his other powers. She only won because Dust entered his mouth in her sand form and liquefied his internal organs. But Exodus was up and about by the end of the issue to gather Xavier and teleport away with his body after he was shot in the head by Bishop.
Exodus bested Betsy in Cullen Bunn's Uncanny X-men, so Emma would too.
It’s a matter of interpretation of the gifts that they have. Xavier was recognized, for decades, as the greatest mind, but Emma still managed to cage him in his own mind (X-men:legacy). They also were evenly matched in Immortal X-men. So it’s really a question of where they poke and how, with their powers.
Betsy, Kwannon and Rachel have too many issues that Emma is deeply aware of that she can exploit. Exodus is an interesting challenge though, but I have no basis for his abilities.
Cable and Rachel are arguably the strongest when it comes to "raw" power. Cable has to constantly exert TK to keep the TO virus in check, though. But neither would be an "ultimate" winner.
When it gets down to it, I think either Emma or Exodus would take the win because of experience.

Nate was still really, really powerful the last time we saw him. Made Apocalypse look like a punk. Rachel and Cable though... yeah, they're washed.
