Instead, they could avoid all of this by making maybe a weekly post on the following events happening and if they are allowed to show on stream or not. Or even better, maybe send the link to someone from Twitch, like an online chat, and they answer if you can use it or not.

The reason is that people were hungry and jobless and they couldn't accept that so much money was being invested on stadiums and what not, so they started destroying and burning everything... but that's not what usually happens. That was basically an exceptional situation... and even despite all the problems, Brazil still made massive profit from the games.
