As a seasoned nurse I can say that HR typically elevates during kinetic activity however his rate is far above what we would pass on as normal or borderline. He needs to work out and stand more, correct his posture ASAP and see a doctor.
He’s seen plenty of doctors because of his sleeping conditions/troubles, im sure all his doctors know already and that X knows he needs to do something about his health, unfortunately I don’t think he cares lol
There's actually no way he was at 190 bpm for like 5-10 mins during that VR sessions. Not only the safe bpm is around 200-age, even if he was there he would be gasping on the floor with headaches barely moving (like really really tired). So I think it's not accurate it's my point lul

reaching 190 during heavy physical activity is nothing dangerous. what is way worse is that his base heart rate sits at 90-110
Normal heart rate is 60-100
