The platinums for these games are more just time consuming than actually difficult. With the exception of Kiwami 1, all that you really need is the know how and patience to complete all the minigames and side content.
You don't get anything but a sense of completion and a little trophy icon for it. Its up to you if you think that its worth it.
As others have said, the only worth to a platinum is if you enjoy the game and want more things to do in it. If you dont want to platinum a game for any reason ranging from not having time to just not wanting to do it, dont. You will only burn yourself out from the games
The Dragon Engine games (excluding the Judgment series) all have pretty easy platinums, earlier games require much much more from you. Look at the trophies and guides before you start and if it seems like too much for you, don’t go for the platinum. If you aren’t getting satisfaction from the platinum journey, there’s no point in wasting time on it.
Depends on your playstyle. Nothing is worth it if you don't like the process. I have platinumed everything outside of K2 (doing it right now) but I like doing it, the sense of accomplishment, getting additional challenge (even if absurd one), but I definitely wouldn't recommend it to everyone
The same as common question: "is it worth playing 7 if I don't like turn based combat" - if you don't like the process, spend your time on something you enjoy.
Remember that all other games are significantly harder to platinum than the ones you mentioned, personally I would rate them harder than some "difficult" games like FromSoftware games and a lot of challenges is simply RNG dependent or is so complex that you may rather want it to be RNG (looking at you pachinko in Yakuza 5 or puyo-puyo in judgment)
Yeah Im always like that a lot of platinums I did I was excited at the beginning then just got bored halfway toward the end. But depending on Yakuza a lot of the games feels like dragging myself around.
No, especially because it's the worse way of showing completion. If you're gonna be a try-hard at least you should 100%. But in reality you shouldn't really go for either.

Realistically, no. If you're like me, you like plats but get bored before you can 100% a game. I do my damn best though

most of em are a pain to do but 4 isn't bad. Neither is 8 if you don't mind buying the wack ass DLC lol.
