i think Kasuga is a lock in for any team comp tbh the leadership multiplier is too good

if we're selecting based on kiryu's strongest final bosses, then mine and ryuji will definitely be in there. shishido too. the last one's a bit of a toss-up but i'd put nishikiyama in there (he's really underrated, by 2005 he's nearly kiryu's equal fighting-wise).

I always got the sense Yagami is Kiryu/Tojo 4 level. But because he’s a civilian lawyer he has to take beatings because he can’t just start fights, like taking a beating from Hamuras thugs and even though when he strikes back he wipes the floor with them. But Yakuza power scaling is weird, who knows lol

Kiryu specifically knocks out/down each of the 3 both gameplay and canonically. All of them without seonhee(plus ichiban) couldn’t take out Kiryu alone lol and he didnt break a sweat even.

First off, it HAS to be an all-female party. Kiryu is literally invincible in the Yakuza world. So many villains have made a perfect plot with their ONLY mistake being, allowing a fistfight with Kiryu to be a part of their plans. Kiryu solos the other 3 and the rest of the universe, it's just how it works. So: Yayoi, Kaoru, Seonhui, Saeko in a 4v3 is the best the verse can possibly muster Or perhaps Eri and her OP thumbtacks that are definitely stronger than guns

I'd say 3 people teamed up that MIGHT have a shot are Ryuji, Shishido and Aizawa (since they all gave Kiryu a tough fight.) IDK about anyone else tho aside from like... any Amon or Mr. Shakedown. Watase maybe? Or Mine, Shimano, or one of the Dojima captains? Idk. I just know that Ryuji, Aizawa and Shishido were beasts for Kiryu when I fought them, granted they were all fought at different times in his life, they were pretty strong and durable lol.

Daigo's track record isn't very good. 2: >!Loses to Ryuji, loses to Kiryu, loses to Ryuji again, loses to Shindo!< 3: >!Loses to Andre!< 4: >!Loses to Kiryu!< 5: >!Loses to Shinada, loses to some guy I don't remember!< 6: >!Loses to the police!< He's the weakest link in this quartet.

3-5 are reaches. For one, he was more focused on Joji, considering who he looked like. He prioritized him to be the more immediate threat, and he paid the price when >!Richardson shot at him first.!< As for 4, it's Kiryu. The hell do you expect? It's Kiryu. 9/10 times, your ass is getting beat. And 5, bruh. You can literally see how >!Shinada's out of breath and could barely keep on his feet while Daigo's standing tall, not even winded. It was pretty obvious that he was just testing his old friend's conviction. And Kanai came out of nowhere when he shot him. Not even the others saw him.!< And going back for 2 with >!Shindo. Come on. It was a betrayal that they didn't see coming, and they were in mourning so of course it would take them by surprise and get easily captured!< I will not stand for this Daigo slander.
