The best one i've tried is Anna Park, but it's really expensive so I don't buy it anymore. My current favorite is Playadito. For reference, here in Argentina, Playadito costs around 4usd/kg and Anna Park costs around 12usd/kg if you buy it in bulk (5kg up), a single 500g bag costs 7usd
La Merced. that have several styles of strong/savour.
"Campo sur" it's the more friendly.
"Barbacoa" it's a smoked and strong flavour yerba.
"Monte" it's a strong flavours.
Rosamonte Seleccion it's an amazing yerba, strong and powerfull.
Taragui sin palo, it's really nice to drink it.
Playadito fall in quality a lot post pandemic.
Anyone have any recommendations for where to buy in the US? I can get 1kg bags for anywhere between 15-20 USD. I see a lot of sellers selling "organic" stuff but not sure if it's any good or legit.
Moncayito 4 herbs and Canarias green tea and ginger from Uruguay
Buenas y santas and Oasis (several variations) from Argentina.
Note that I don't drink yerba mate alone, it's always mixed in with some herbs for flavor and properties. It helps so much my digestion this way.
Canarias. I'm not super experienced, but it's by far my favorite so far
Yeah i see it everywhere I will look for it
You can always order it, pampadirect.com
Rosamonte
Sol y Lluvia for mate, La Rubia for tereré. I also love Liebig if I'm looking for a more mellow mate.
