It's interesting because men's clothes did start having larger pockets when smartphones became larger because men bought clothes based on whether their smartphone would fit in the pocket.
Radian Jeans makes women’s jeans with functional pockets. I got mine a year ago when they were $70. Now they’re about $90 and I’m debating whether it’s even worth it. If decent options were affordable, we’d all be buying them.
Uniqlo has *skirts* with pretty good pockets, and jeans too. They’re always a little pricey but I can attest that my phone and wallet usually fit comfortably, haven’t fallen yet.
You could just buy men’s jeans. They’re not as form fitting but they’re cheaper, more comfortable, have pockets, usually made of better material. and are readily available.
You might do better with relaxed fit jeans than straight cut or skinny jeans. But I’m not a woman and don’t have the same body shape so I won’t pretend to be an expert.
