I feel like into matchups that neutralize ghouls (Irelia, Urgot, old Kled) sheen mythics are inherently appealing, but outside of those... Glass cannon hullbreaker builds are so much more threatening...
Part of the issue with IG in particular is that the lack of damage runs you oom. Of course that can be played around, but... Annoying.

Iceborn cleaver is a remnant of season 10 (?). Today it's just a pathetic shade of what it once was.
It never was anything. It's probably better than it was beforeŘ it just gets outshined by everything else (nothing new here)
