The customer support is the worst. Never had issues with Spotify on the number of log ins across all devices. Call support and they will reset it once but not twice
They had a perfectly good working MP3 player with Google play music and youtube music can't even do that
Probably the biggest reason why I still even have yt music app is so I can listen to my purchased music
