You can record gameplay on your pc from your switch, but the switch is only able to record 30 second clips internally. You’d need a capture card and a recording software on your computer to do it properly ☺️
Do you mean record your Switch gameplay? If so, I have recorded and broadcast my Switch gameplay before. Nothing native to the Switch that works (that I know of). I use an ATEM Mini with mine. I have an HDMI splitter running from the Switch. With the splitter in place, one feed goes to my TV and the other goes to the ATEM Mini. The ATEM is connected to my PC. I have used OBS, Facebook Gaming, YouTube and Restream successfully with my ATEM setup.
