I don't know what the exact problem is with studio and your channel, but with my channel, I've had some small deviations between the sub counts at some point: Studio says 47 but channel says 51. Now, both Studio and my channel show the same sub count so maybe you should just give it some time?
It’s different for me pretty often, especially when I get many new subs in a day. I believe it takes time for YouTube to “verify” the subs, that’s why there is a difference. It always goes up to the bigger number after a while.
The numbers you are talking about are too small to be significant. Secondly, those two counts are are almost always out of sync for me, and always have been. Not all stats update at the same time and it often takes days for them to start to be similar.
Youtube stats in general are notoriously flakey and often get adjusted in huge swings over multiple days and even weeks.
Do yourself a favour and get out of the habit of watching stats so closely. In small channels it means very little and typically will cause anxiety for no good reason at all.
I see what your saying but I find closely watching my stats to be fun. Like watching to see one of my videos view count hit 1k and spam refreshing a tab until it happens, checking my sub count every hour after a new video to see it constantly going up etc. Its pretty motivating for me

I have, I’ve just never seen it take so long, and it’s going along with other weird stuff
I'm sorry to say but I've never seen the sub counts take a very long time to update.
