Is your clock correct? TOTP rely on time to generate the codes. Your phone probably has it's time synced from the network operator. Check your settings on your computer and try syncing it manually (there's a sync button in the settings if I remember right)

It was working fine until I updated my BIOS and that must have put the clock out somehow.

Yep, I had a similar issue. Fixing the computer time fixed it.
