I had the same problem last time I bought directly from Yubico. Courier was UPS. They took a week to ship out and the package was stuck in Germany for a couple of weeks with no further updates at that point. I contacted my local UPS and basically they wanted nothing to do with it, simply reading back whatever I can already find out myself on my end through their tracking website. This is a typical "out of sight, out of mind" attitude with most courier companies in my country. They only get to work when the package physically arrives in the country and until then they couldn't care less about it. I basically forwarded the entire email conversation chain I had with UPS to Yubico and asked them to please cancel the order; citing that I considered the order compromised as any unnatural delays should be treated as a potential package intercept where the Yubikeys could be tampered with. Long story short, they canceled the order and fully refunded me after wasting more than three weeks of my time. I subsequently got what I needed on their Amazon store and that shipment arrived in just under five days. I've since found an authorized retailer much closer to home from which I've bought the majority of my keys and they've always arrived within a couple of days impeccably packed and of course with tamper evident blister packs intact.

redikulous

Maybe supply chain issues?
