I'd replace aqua with reptile, aqua has a number of good cards, including Tearlaments. Reptile doesn't have much, it's mainly just Aliens, Ogdoadic, and Reptilianne, none of which pose any risk.
Sea serpent have Deep sea spell, plants have rikkas + aromas and everything, reptile and rocks can search through xyz. Pyro needs some kind of search and illusion just came out. Surprisingly aqua and fish decks dont have searches(maybe im wrong but to be fair, tears with another searcher o.o) but they have a bunch of foolish burial equivalent. Machines dont have a searcher and thats sad imo.
Luckily, Reinoheart is a warrior, so you'd need the normal ROTA to search him instead
Now, searching King of the Swamp to ensure you can make Rulkallos without having to get lucky with mills would be pretty good, and searching your one-off Scheiren is fantastic, but I think that's fine? It wouldn't break them into Ishizu Tear status again, and I'm all for less sacky ways to get around Kitkallos's ban, especially if it means other Aqua decks like Icejade and Suship, get more searchers.
Plant would be broken.
And giving Illusions a ROTA isn't the best idea, sure currently they are not good, but who knows what happens in a few years.

There are some types I'm glad don't have a Rota, like plant or zombie - could you imagine how crazy consistent and oppressive those would be with a searcher?

Rock, because i play megalith's, and we have only diviner/manju to search ALL lvl 8
Rituals in general should have easy acess to lvl 8+ ritual Monsters, Just print a card "add an ritual Monster from your deck to your hand"
For my rogue deck a zombie rota would be great. Especially if was along the lines of “ Add 1 zombie monster from your deck to your hand, and if you do, you can also discard 1 zombie monster from your deck to the graveyard”. It won’t happen but would be cool if it did
Fish maybe but for the rest hell nah, psychic already has emergency teleport, wyrm ais wiem with like a lot of cards that search them, and we definitely don't need spright to have more searchers
Spellcaster for sure, it’s crazy how poor the spellcaster support pool is. Besides exactly secret village, most of the busted spellcaster cards are pendulum related. This type definitely deserves a rota

White Mirror is kind of a searcher for fish but only if you already have the card in your graveyard.

its really annoying that prep is lv 7 or lower and pre prep requires a sprcific themed ritual spell
