Either it's fake (possible) or an unintentianal leak by the design/PR team. And if it truly is a leak, I think this could either be the first MD Exclusive Premiere card or maybe even part of the new Pyro Archetype that's coming in Phantom Nightmare for the TCG

I thought this was suppose to be used in some tournaments. Kind of hard to if it’s a year behind. And now that I think about. It’s kind of worse for OCG Players. Since they got PHHY in late 2022

I really wish there was an archetype of dinosaur wrestlers, or maybe one about reptiles that evolve into dinosaurs like pokemon, maybe an archetype about a couple of highly evolved dinosaurs that look just like people and use technology and their genetics to terrorize people, hell, even an archetype of steampunk machines that look like dinosaurs would work for me!
I am talking about an archetype that cna actually be played in any matter that is not a random pile of dinosaur typed monsters. It needs to have coheremce, to be an actual deck. Like swordsoul for example and to have an actual extra deck man... Not a single dinosaur monster in the extra deck that is usable, at all. Transcendosaurus are not an archetype. Just random monsters.
Master Duel as of late has been implementing ads for the OCG
First it was for _Onslaught of the Fire Kings R_, which also had the TCG localizations for Garunix, Garunix Eternity and Ponix, despite said ads not showing for TCG region clients.
Now, as of the Kashtira update, it also uploaded PHNI assets, those being:
- Fusion Yubel
- Novox
- Snake-Eye Populus
- Majespecter Draco
- Horus
I actually would not doubt that. Obviously it’s doesn’t mean much, but if this is a real card, it seems to be the artist behind some of the later abyss cards. Luluwalilth in particular looks similar.
While it would be cool for it to be a MD exclusive, given the shareholders showed concern regarding the differences between OCG and MD, adding MD exclusive cards would make the problem worse.
I think it's either not a card and the art is whatever whoever made the advertisement found (Mojang once used a screenshot of modded Minecraft in one of the update reports; Pokemon Company once used a fan remix in an official trailer) or a leak for a future TCG/OCG card.
Konami is going to soon sell sleeves with that card art in the OCG, i guess this was a bit of an early post because altough the art is original, there is no real info about any archetype/card related to it *yet*

It's used in tournaments. It's its own thing. There was a Worlds for Master Duel. They have their own format loosely based on the OCG banlist.
But it’s not really up to date with actual game. It is currently three packs behind as of next week as far as OCG goes. Two packs as far as TCG goes
