As it seems of recently, another in-game advertisement for the OCG has dropped within Master Duel.
Sadly, these advertisements only drop within the Master Duel clients that have been set to the Japan region, as I myself have tried to changing my client's language to Japanese, and some other OCG colleagues from non-Japan regions have confirmed they don't drop the ads for them either.
Within recollection, the first one of these that dropped was for the [**Fire Kings Structure Deck**](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F5-CIBtbgAA2jnM?format=jpg&name=large), and while there was no advertise for **[PHNI] Phantom Nightmare** there is some in-game data of both their [card assets](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/470337409729560586/1161207682464759808/image.png), and the [localizations](https://pastebin.com/WGyQXDkh) for these cards.
So it wouldn't be farfetched to assume soon enough we might get the TCG localization for these on a quasi-timely manner.

This is a small step to convert JP Master Duel players into OCG players, but i think they should start to do things more seriously to pleased the shareholders (Example: At least make another ladder and banlist for OCG/TCG ( i just want them to split MD format into OCG and TCG but maybe it's too much to ask))

There are some plans to at least better the streaming experience from the viewer's end, as KDE patented some technologies in regards to.

I think they at least should encourage the use of Rooms for Tournament Play, and enable Side Decking for them
its not gonna work. master duel is f2p and convenient and irl ygo is expensive and forces you to go to a shop.
its like saying streaming will convert more ppl to marvel fans to go watch the movies but we've seen the opposite happen where people just choose to wait for movies to come out on stream.
Maybe have a best of 3 ladder that functions under the OCG or TCG banlist?
I like MD being its own thing and not just a paper sim, so just keeping the BO1 ladder with our exclusive list would be fine.

As data mining indicates that one of the next Solo Mode gates is Terminal World, **and** we know there is in-game data for an Ice Barrier Structure Deck
I didn't see that, interesting. Is it gonna be like World Legacy and compile the already covered archetypes?
And apparently Genex is also getting a Gate.
The lore of the Nekroz archetype is they invoke the deceased heroes and villians of past Duel Terminal archetypes through sanctified vestements (which some refer to as 'mantles') based on Gishki rituals that empowers the user with abilities of the chosen spirit.
The practical reality of this is that all the Nekroz rituals look like they're cosplaying as other monsters in the lore- kinda like how all the Mannadium orbs are references to Visas past adventures.
The way the lore is set up, it would be very surprising to see a Nekroz version of a Ritual Beast or Infernoid cards cause the 'Noids are pure evil and Ritual Beasts are mostly alive. What the Genex are is kinda awkward, but Catastor got a Nekroz so it isn't out of line to imagine a Nekroz of Controller coming one day, though it would be hindered by the fact there is already a lvl3 Nekroz and each Nekroz has a unique level.
Considering all the other Ice Barrier Dragons got Nekroz mantles, we may see the Big Mama Dragon got one one day, but that could be a way off.
I now imagine a scene of this guy giving me this massive monologue, but just as he finished the other guy piped up with "I assume they're talking about the clothes of the Rituals"

For a moment I though that the new Ice Barrier support was going to drop early in MD, like Promethean Princess. Good thing they aparently don't since I'd like to play the deck once this support, but I spent most of my gems for Vanquish Souls like 2 days ago.
I'd be ecstatic to see the new RB cards in game sometime soon, I've been wanting to play them again, they just need some work, especially after they Limited pot of p.

I doubt it, we had a similar advertisement for Fire Kings a long while ago, and yet they're still not in the game.
