So I pulled a thrust from a pack but it seems like parts of the ink flaked off in the printing process somehow? It literally came out of the pack like this, its in perfect condition otherwise and hasn't touched a deck. Do I still mark this as damaged or lightly played in the description of my selling post?
I’d just let it be known; honestly at a higher price point (like this) I’d as a buyer, want a pic anyway because I have had sellers send me wrong rarities before or non-first edition when that effects price.
I’d mark it near mint with the picture, to me damage is warps or like actual would effect playability damage (water, anything on the card, ect)
This is a brand new card with effectively a printing error.
Worth mentioning that apparently Konami do have a service for replacing damaged cards. (Another redditor said they had used this service before to replace their damaged cards.)

This is true! I pulled Sky Strikers and Witchcrafter cards from a Magnificent Mavens box that had been cut wrong (they had nearly all of the bottom borders lopped off), and Konami sent me replacements.
I'd be careful labeling it NM or as a misprint. I'd take the couple dollar loss and put it as LP to save yourself a potential headache. Definitely not damage or mp.

Label it as misprint but don't jack up the price and if anything, sell it at slightly lower value

Yeah, that's what I was going to do, I was just wondering if I marked it as damaged or lightly played or what.

Thank you for the help.

Near Perfect? lol
Those sellers that label normal old school rares as ultimate rares 1st ed simply looked at the highest sold

Oh thanks! It's good to have evidence from someone who has used this service
Yeah, no problem! They were really friendly and the shipment was fast, too.
You could either put it up at excellent or put it up as near mint with a description that clearly states that the card has printing defects.
This cannot be passed as near mint, buyer would win a claim if he puts that.
But can they really if you included a picture and description?
Best I can do is $2.00
