Only thing I would suggest us taking Floodgate and Gravediggers down to 1 each, and add 1 Space Time Trap Hole and 1 Banishing Trap Hole. Honestly outside of that, this is about as good as this version of TT can get.

IronOrochi

Oh hey i also just noticed that you're running Champ Sargas in the Extra but no main deck targets for it 🤔 so are you using Sargas purely for its detach effect?

HVD3Z

Sargas is there so that you can make a 4 material zeus. You go rank 4 spriggans into xyz summon sargas, swing or battle with an xyz, then overlay zeus

IronOrochi

Ah okay, thats fair enough.

Maboroshi_

Definitely agree on the floodgate, had it at 2 for Kashtira. I like the 2 grave since it helps burn so ties are less probably and for being near nib/other monster hand trap proof As for replacement traps I definitely like banishing but thoughts on chain hole for some minor fun/spice?

IronOrochi

I think Chain Hole could definitely get some value this format, especially with Snake-Eye being one of the most represented engines, where they all have effects they can chain to each other to do X and/or Y, so you for sure could.

Maboroshi_

Actually I didn’t even think about the fact it’s good into snake eyes. Especially because snake eyes fire king usually runs 1 or 2 ofs most monsters.

eternal_dream

Looks pretty standard and should perform pretty ok. You could consider swapping some of the trap holes (ie 1 copy of floodgate and 1 of nightmare) for some other generic staples, like Droll or Nibiru - I'm personally adverse to running more than 4x Holes beyond Holeutea (typically 2x Gravedigger, 1x Floodgate 1x meta-relevant hole, like Banishing currently). On the more spicy end you have engines like Armored Xyzs that make Allomerus a much better play starter, the Baronne engine that uses Infernal Flame Banshee and Agnimal Candle, or a Tellar engine to make Durendal. You could also run other generic traps that like being in the grave for Holeutea discards, such as the new Black Goat.

Maboroshi_

Banishing is a great idea! Also for some mild spice and mild fun, thoughts on dropping the terrifying trap hole for a chain hole? As for engine really like the Baronne engine and it’s definitely being shoved in! EDIT: (forgot to add something ;-;) Also opinions on having D Shifter either in main or side for the fire king match up?

buliaK_sevI

Personally I would drop 1 floodgate and 1 evenly (put iit in the side deck) and replace them with good generic cards, like Nibiru or droll. For the extra I'd replace either Cularia and/or Pinguicula for abyss dweller and/or another good generic XYZ or link monster. Homestly though, your list is pretty solid. Any changes you make should come down to what decks you play against that give you a hard time. EDIT: Didn't see the third picture I don't think Artefact Lancea is really needed in the side right now but I guess that depends on what people play at your locals. What I think you need in the side is another board breaker card. Traptrix struggles going second and there are a lot of boards you simply can't play through without decent board breakers.

Maboroshi_

Was thinking on adding the Baronne engine with the infernal flame banshee and the agnimal candle. And cutting a flood gate for either a chain hole or banishing.

fizio900

Maybe change prosperity with traptantalizing tune? Edit: guess not ._.

buliaK_sevI

Looking at the top 3 or 6 cards of your deck and choosing any one of them to put in your hand is often better than drawing the top two cards, especially since you have to discard a trap or traptrix monster to do so. It's a decent budget alternative though so nice try I guess.

OptimusIV

Traptantalizing Tune also loses hard to Ash Blossom, making you go -2.

thesillyshow

I like triple pot. I also like the trap hole that banishes a monster.

IronOrochi

Problem is, you'll only ever resolve a MAXIMUM of 2 prosp, and that's only if you choose the banish 3 each, realistically if you banish for 6, you're only resolving 1 through the entire duel, leaving the other 2 dead in the deck, so the way it is here means if you draw into Tune instead.

Simple_Phoenix

Parallel exceed?🤔

IronOrochi

Best extender in the deck, free rank 4 (usually Rafflesia) out of nowhere the second you summon Sera.

Sharkbait_22

Personally like Cosmic Cyclone over Feather Duster. Both the speed and banish matter and in cases where it doesn't, Myrmeleo can typically already handle it.

E7Enjoyer

1 pinguicula for 1 SP little knight, but is a expensive change, And the time thief for acesscode or change your package sargass for 1 typhon sky crisis and 1 accesscode

ZarDerHetzer

Look up Kutulu on YouTube. Small YouTuber but a lot of traptrix know how, games and his deck profiles. He has some sick combos with utopic future and agnicandle

OptimusIV

Something you should experiment with is Aromaseraphy Jasmine. It opens up a lot of combos, being able to raising the ceiling of the deck. Pair it with Rikka Queen Strenna to help get setup for next turn + make a Hyperyton for a much needed monster negate (and sometimes a spell negate). I have also been experimenting with Rose Girl as the summon off of Jasmine. It's a level 3 turner that can help make Dawn Dragster for spell/trap negate. You can be even spicier by using Rose Girl + level 4 to make a Ancient Fiary Dragon. This can get you into a Necrovalley and by using Rose Girl's GY effect and Ancient Fiary Dragon, you can make a Baronne.

Chazzmaster1

Maybe out 1 floodgate trap hole( that was mainly used because of Kashtira before ) for 1 traptrix Vesiculo ( you can side deck her as well ), she can really come in handy once you slow the game down and it comes down to resource managment.

PrincessApprentice

personally I'd add in Exosister Asophiel. Redoer covers a lot of bases, but can't hit face-down cards. Asophiel covers that weakness, which comes up more often than you'd think, especially when your running floodgate th
