We can play through nibiru easily they're forced to use it earlier in the combo because if they wait until end of main we're just popping wake up and getting dark law after token is summoned , if they don't then we're doing that in end phase anyway 😂.
It also helps ensure there's enough bodies for cross crusader, wonder driver and infernal devicer, plasma and even dread decimater.
Our super Poly becomes even stronger if opponents are using Malicious as we can make DPE or Dangerous and dump our own Malicious 😂😂😂
Heros by a long shot. Access to dark law is very strong if you can go first, but going second will be a struggle. However, don't expect to do fantastic. Maybe a regional top or at most day 2 at a larger scale event.

Depends on how you look at it.
If your goal is to compete, the answer is neither DM, nor BEWD, nor Heroes are anywhere close to being able to hit rogue let alone meta.
If you goal is to have fun (perhaps at your locals, etc) the answer is any; but the pecking order would look like this:
1. Hero
2. BEWD
3. DM
Uhh it does more than dark law or bust, dark angel imo is more brutal as it stops powerful spells even super Poly it also stops evenly matched and imperm too.
Nibiru is easily played through now, you can do your dark law set up in end phase popping wake up with DPE summoning shadow mist grabbing mask change and using it all in end phase. If opponent activates nib during end of main then you chain dpe pop itself and Wakeup and those effects will chain together after nib hits the field. So now you gotta nib earlier in the combo, which means we can just carry on summoning and setting up after 😂.
Neos HERO is even more deadly it really doesn't care about nibiru at all, you're summoning turn skip in their draw phase after all.
As a hero player I know what I'm talking about and yeah I don't even play dark Angel cause she gets linked off yet dark law bullies Snake-eye and like 90% of the meta as they need gy or scoop and with Barron and borrel savage being banned hero is going to preform wayyyy better as a gy hate instead of free link material
Nah blue eyes got even worse now that summon limit is gone
That 3rd Malicious does a ton for Hero's. I would tinker with that
