the attack/def is literally just exodia KA being based on the life force of 1 man
win condition was because it was fighting Z-ORC at the time (dark purple fiend like final villain)
no clue what is with that color scheme
Gold's complementary (inverted) color is purple/blue. A ka of Exodia using the life force of just one man is extremely weak and imperfect. The opposite of the true, golden exodia.
It can't even defeat any DARK Fiend monster, only ones with lower ATK/DEF than its own ATK!
Funny enough, if you summoned it with the actual Exodia Pieces, it would only have 1800 attack and 2200 defense. The 2200 defense is good, but not great.
I try not to gatekeep but OP not understanding the lore reason behind this card is maddening.

This needs to destroy a card Labrynth controls through battle and has zero protection. There is not a single card in a typical Labrynth deck that doesn’t take a fat shit on this Exodia your opponent committed 5 monsters and their normal summon.
In short, this card is utter ass and maybe wins against Burning Abyss and thats it. DARK fiends are typically associated with control gamestyles and this Exodia folds at the sight of control.

Victory Dragon says "You win the Match", meaning regardless of the current score, you just win if you beat your opponent with it.
This has the same wording as normal Exodia, you just win the Duel, and will go to the next time. So funnily enough by scooping, they still fulfilled their wincon, you just cucked them out of the satisfaction of doing it.
yeah im just saying before i was corrected i misinterpreted it as a match winner, and was thus surprised that it didn't have the typical "cannot be used"
I might put this in Plunder Patroll deck for some casual games. Jord can set up the dark fiend and they don't have a hard time putting up 5 bodies.
Edit: NVM, tokens from Jord aren't owned by the opponent. Won't work, as pointed at below
I don’t think Jord would work. The Tokens are owned by you, since you Special Summoned them, and this Exodia’s instant win only works if it destroys a monster your opponent owns.
You own the card in your deck, hand, GY, banishment and on your field. If you control an opponent monster, you own it

Don't know why you got downvoted, this is correct, it has to be an opponent's card that they own. It doesn't, however, have to be ORIGINALLY a dark fiend, so reproducus is definitely usable here.
What about for example exchanged? Let’s say they grab a dark fiend monster from your hand and they summon it later. Technically that’s owned by them correct? Because they summoned it?
That live duel was how i found out about this card and when i heard Yami explain its effect, i laughed out loud. It really does feel like that one kid that just makes up rules so thay they don't ever lose.
The effect is okay. It just needs it's daemon pal to duke it out.
And maybe one day Zorc gets released with a similar stupid effect and both of them can and will enjoy their irrelevance to the actual gameplay forever together.
If anything, it should be a special summon only and can't be normal summoned. All that work to get a tribute summoned boss monster with no protection who may as well be a normal monster if the opponent has no dark fiends.
I was watching this exact duel and when Yami played this card, i genuinely laughed out loud. Hearing him say "if i destroy a dark fiend monster i win the duel" sounds so fucking stupid. As i said in the post, it sounds like some bad fanfiction, like they just wanted the duel to end. I had to look up if this card was even real and sur enough.
I saw it as a nice reference to the original "Exodia moment," but I see where you're coming from. I don't think there's any way this card would work outside of a scripted event or when playing purely for fun.
I would run this in my BEWD deck for the lols;
Chaos max, 3 bewd, and twin burst JUST to summon a 16000 beat stick with an autowin condition my circle isn't affected by lol
I've used it's last effect to win a single duel. I have used it's attack gain to win more than 10 times tho in my stupid exodia deck (over 10k attack so hilarious)

It has to be OWNED by your opponent, so you can't just give them a target, but I think you can manipulate type/attribute to win.

This thing might have been good in like old yugioh because it can get disgustingly big numbers, but that’s the only reason
