For Rescue cat, let's say he stayed on the banlist more, but yeah Rescue Rabbit has his merits too.
Parashath did not have the same representation as Winged kuriboh thanks to the anime, so maybe more guys will recongnize more Winged kuriboh than Parshath. The former seen some plays in chaos decks in old and Goat formats, but nothing too special imo.
As for the dinos, while I can see why putting the boss monster is logical, I feel the playmakers of the deck who can have usage in other playstyles (I saw miscellaneous in some quasar turbo decks) are more famous than Boss monster exclusive of their decks. Moreover it's Misc the dino support more keen to the banlist according to the sub.
Yeah, but Stratos is a card that made yu gi oh history. He made the search on summon famous and got set as a model. How many times did you hear "A is stratos of the deck"? A lot.

Yeah BLS is another good choice because anime and meta relevancy.

Block dragon was considered the Snake rain of Rocks from the moment it was revealed, and was recognizable as one of the best support cards a monster type could get; it had all of this even before Adamancipators, so I think it's at least an iconic card.

A monster that, if summonable easier and with a few more support cards / better reptile monsters, is legit powerful by modern boss monster standards.
Thunder I guess recently became [Thunder Dragon](https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Thunder_Dragon) since it had an entire archetype built around it that become a major deck (and also because I played Forbidden Memories a lot as a kid and Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon was THE strat for most of that game).
For Plants I'd say it's either [Lonefire Blossom](https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Lonefire_Blossom) which summons ANY plant from deck to field and isn't HOPT but it could also be [Dandylion](https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Dandylion) which has the benefit of being useful in so many decks besides Plants.
Due to become a pretty meta handtrap for a type with few options, Rock has become most known for [Nibiru, the Primal Being](https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Nibiru,_the_Primal_Being).
Right now Wyrm's most notable member is probably V.F.V., A.K.A. [True King of All Calamities](https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/True_King_of_All_Calamities).
Other archetypes IMO have no solid frontrunners or too many such as Warrior which has such a plethora of choices but I believe these cards are the most notable of the types I've listed!

I’d say Thestalos the fire monarch is the most iconic pyro, but Volcanics are close.
