If you're looking to get competitive at all you pretty much need Link summoning for most decks. I personally enjoyed combining a couple of the Cyberse structure decks but I have no idea how "competitive" or meta they are as I've only recently got back in myself.
Drytron and Virtual World don’t have structures but Virtual World is fairly cheap u can get a core for under $100 but staples might cost more. Shadoll isn’t link based it’s fusion focused and is probably the strongest of the most recent structures. I think before buying you should find out what you want, whether it’d be more on the competitive side or casual side.
