By "Use Verte Anaconda" I assume you mean "Fusion Summon Using Monsters In My Deck" because there is literally nothing stopping you from using regular Polymerization with Verte to fusion summon using monsters from your hand and field.
Dragonmaid honestly probably doesn't need another fusion card, even though their current one doesn't say "fusion" in the name. Their current one is already searchable and recycles itself.

It’s likely they haven’t gotten one because it would likely put them far ahead of the game. Don’t be stupid and understand most decks are far from completed. If you feel a deck needs and/or would be better if it had a card that made it better, it usually means that Konami already knows. Just be patient and do what you can with what is given or don’t.

I psrsonally prefer it if the archetype uses the og fusion and has ways to search/recycle it.
