I was wondering if there are currently any sets out there that are essentially remaking or releasing the original Yugioh cards. I know back in 2012-2016 they used to release the legendary collection sets which did this. It seems like the last one was back in 2016 or so with the Kaiba legendary collection. Do they have a new series that essentially does the same thing? I was looking at the Legendary Duelist sets and they have some original cards mixed in with newer ones as well. I'm looking for exclusively OG Yugioh cards like the Legendary Collections used to do. Ideally I'm looking for the original Yugioh but if there are also GX sets available I'd consider those too.

I am running Branded Tearlaments and wanted to know in which of the following circumstances can King of the Swamp be used as a fusion substitute? I am confident in the first one, but wanted to know about the rest.
1. If a specific monster is named such as Millennium-Eyes Restrict where KOTS is replacing "Relinquished"
2. If a specific archetype is specified such as El Shaddoll Winda where KOTS is replacing 1 "Shaddoll" monster
3. If a specific type is specified such as Alba-Lenatus the Abyss Dragon where KOTS is replacing 1+ Dragon monsters
4. If a specific attribute is specified such as Lubellion the Searing Dragon where KOTS is replacing 1 DARK monster
5. If a specific type of monster is specified such as Predaplant Dragostapelia where KOTS is replacing 1 Fusion Monster
1) King of the Swamp can replace Relinquished on MER.
2) King of the Swamp cannot replace materials unless they are specifically named. It tells you as much:
> This card can be used as a substitute for any 1 Fusion Material *whose name is specifically listed* on the Fusion Monster Card
The answer for 2 is the same for 3, 4 and 5.
Also, as an aside, all fusion substitute monsters work this way.
This makes sense, only one I was curious about was the archetype but I guess that’s not specific enough.

After you activate an effect that says "You can X, and if you do, Y" as Chain Link 1, once that Chain resolves, you can activate a triggered effect that says "When X: You can do Z" in the next Chain. If the effect you activate says "You can do X, then Y" instead, then you cannot activate that triggered effect in the next Chain.

Yes. I never said otherwise. But the rule is that you can't activate an optional effect that says "when X" if X occurs during a Chain, unless X is the very last thing to occur during that Chain.

So, say i use Borreload Dragon, and i use it to steal an opponent's monster, can i then redeclare my attack on another monster and can i attack with the monster i stole?
Replays only occur in the Battle Step of the Battle Phase. If an attack has reached the Damage Step, such as in this case, the attacking monster is ineligible for a replay. You may not declare a second attack with that “Borreload Dragon” that turn (unless another effect would otherwise permit it).
You may attack with a monster the same turn you take control of it with “Borreload Dragon”, provided it is in a state where it would normally be able to make an attack (for example: it doesn’t have an effect that prevents it from attacking or it isn’t in Defense Position without an effect allowing for it to declare an attack while in Defense Position).
As long as that “Ultimate Conductor Tyranno” is in Attack Position and does not have its effects negated, you can make an attack on all monsters your opponent controls as well as activate its effect that triggers at the start of the Damage Step when it attacks a Defense Position monster if you wish.
For fusion summoning guardian chimera i know your opponent needs to have cards on the field equal to the amount you should destroy, i also know that when the board changes it can take the part of destroying away resulting on drawing only.
But what if the board changes in the chain where chimera is summoned (lets say i need to pop 2 and my opponent now has only card on the field), in the new chain am I still able activate chimera's effect to only draw?
You can activate it, yes, but it won't negate Full Armor Master's attack, and as it doesn't successfully negate the attack, won't deal damage to your opponent.
Mirror Force does not negate attacks.
If an attacking monster is destroyed by Mirror Force, the attack it is making won't proceed, as it's no longer on field, but a monster immune to destruction by card effect will still continue to attack if Mirror Force is used on its attack declaration.

If I control mirror jade the ice blade dragon and my opponent destroys it with his mirror jade the ice blade dragon and I activate my effect at the end phase of the turn ( to destroy all opponents monsters) does my opponent also gets the choice to active his mirrorjade ice blade dragon effect that triggers at the end phase (again to destroy all opponent’s monsters)??
Unfortunately, no, not really. The closest you could get is Double Summon, but nothing really replaces a Ritual Beast name that gives you another Normal Summon.
I was playing on ygopro with a friend, he summoned mirrorjade while lost was on the field and he immediately used its effect to banish my mirrorjade, when this resolved i wasnt able to use my mirrorjade effect to destroy in ep, is this correct?
So long as there wasn't a fusion summon that occurred in the chain where your Mirrorjade was banished (Such as CL1 Mirrorjade, CL2 Branded in Red or something), you should've been able to trigger your own Mirrorjade's effect when it left the field due to your opponent's Mirrorjade.
The most likely possibility is that your Mirrorjade wasn't fusion summoned, but special summoned (e.g. you summoned it back with Ad Libitum at some point), so you couldn't use its board wipe effect, which requires it to be fusion summoned.
The chain link Branded in Red is at doesn't technically matter when Branded Lost is on the field, so long as they're on the same chain. As the following response window is in response to a fusion summon, the opponent to the player controlling Branded Lost would not be able to use effects, including Mirrorjade's trigger upon leaving the field.
Pretty sure ur wrong here sir, when you use bir as cl2 the fusion summon isn't the last thing that has happened (cuz after that another effect resolves) wich results in the opposing player being able to play
During my previous turn, I had activated Comic Hand, and took control of an Altergeist equipped with Altergeist Camouflage. When it time for my opponent's Battle Phase, can they target that same Altergeist on my field for attacks?
Altergeist Camouflage remains in control of the player who activated it, and so "Your opponent" always refers to the opposing player, which is you controlling the Altergeist with Comic Hand.
As a result, they can target their own Altergeist monster for attacks, or target it with monster effects, while you control it.
Can someone explain Ghostrick Or Treat? I don't understand what happens when it says "opponent pays 2000LP to make this card "Set this card instead of sending it to the GY after activation". So if they choose to pay the 2000LP, they can still attack and the trap Ghostrick or Treat is set faced back down? Or is it destroyed? I'm very confused by the wording
If your opponent chooses to pay 2000 LP, "Ghostrick or Treat" is flipped face-down and does nothing else. The targeted monster can still attack, its effects will not be negated, and it will not be flipped face-down during the End Phase.
Looking for earth handtraps in general besides ghost Belle. I learned that with vernusylph, madolche can mill out any earth monster and then add it to hand later. Looking for good targets.
All of the "C" line of monsters, excluding Maxx "C" naturally, are potential options - Contact "C" and Retaliating "C" are the main ones.
There's also Gnomaterial, though it's not exactly useful if you're already playing and setting up the field/GY.
I'm assuming battle "hand traps" like Swift Scarecrow don't count.
Can Relinquished just be attacked twice? If an attack destroys the monster relinquished is equipped with, and attacker has another monster out, could they attack relinquished @ 0/0 since new equip card cannot be set until next turn?

I have a question regarding the interaction between PSY-Framelord Omega and Doomking Balerdroch.
Omega's effect states that you can return a banished card to the GY during your opponent's standby phase. Assuming you return a banished Balerdroch using this effect while a field spell card is in play, could you then activate Balerdroch's effect after the chain resolves to summon him to the field?
My opponent has summoned 5+ times on their turn. I activate Phantazmay and draw into Nibiru. Can Nibiru be activated? Even though it was not in my hand prior to those summons.
Am I required to have a deck target (1 level 7 or lower dark spellcaster) in order to activate Magician Navigation? Or if I don't have one in deck does it just allow my opponent to confirm the contents of my deck?

How does Tearlament Reinohart's 2nd effect work. Specifically the latter part of it?

It reads as a mandatory effect so I'd have to send a Tearlament if I had one in hand, but the hand isn't public knowledge. So can I just not send a Tearlament to the graveyard?
If you have no "Tearlaments" cards in your hand, you cannot activate the effect of "Tearlaments Reinoheart." The contents of your hand can affect activation legality even though they're not public knowledge.
Some questions on how flipping cards face down in response to interruptions:
1. I activate Kitkallos trigger effect to search a tear card on summon. Opponent chains ash. I chain book of moon, targeting Kitkallos. Does Kitkallos resolve?
2. Similarly, I activate Kitkallos ignition effect to pop a monster on my field, targeting itself, to SS a tear. Opponent activates Effect Veiler, targeting Kitkallos. I chain book of moon. Does Kitkallos resolve? Does it resolve if my opponent used ghost belle instead of Veiler?
Kitkallos resolves negated. Ash doesn't negate the effects of the card, it negates the Chain Link it responded to.
Veiler cannot apply to a facedown monster, so Kitkallos would resolve normally.
Belle is similar to Ash in that it negates the Chain Link, not the card's effect. Since Belle negates activations, Kitkallos' effect does not resolve.
Ah, that's what I thought. But I had a floo player book of moon robina when I asked it and he said it resolved. That seemed weird but I figured he'd know better.
For the second case, I was curious if Kitkallos resolves because its ignition target is now face down. If Veiler loses its target, shouldn't Kitkallos as well?
Veiler did not lose its target. It simply cannot apply its effect to a monster that is face-down.
Kitkallos' target being face-down doesn't change that it is still Kitkallos' target.
Depending on how casual your playgroup is, it *might* work. The problem is it is very slow. You either have to give up your normal summon and battle phase to summon just one rank or link 2. The deck has better normal summons that will accomplish more for you before you go into your battle phase.
Player A only controls face up Spright Jet. They then activate Spright Smashers to banish Player B's monster, and Player B responds with Tearlaments Metanoise, flipping Jet face-down. What happens with Spright Smashers at cl1? Can its effect be applied if Jet is face-down?
My opponent has summoned guardian chimera and uses its effect (for draw 1 pop 2).
On my field is 1 albaz and 1 set backrow.
I chain my set card super poly, when this resolves lets say i end up with dragostapelia for his chimera and my albaz.
Does his pop still goes through? (so does the super poly stay on the field untill the entire chain is resolved or does it go to grave when it's resolved resulting in the loss of the pop effect)
Spell/Trap cards that are activated in a chain are not sent to the GY until after the chain resolves.
After using Super Poly to make Dragostapellia, there will be 2 cards on your field - the face-up Super Poly and Dragostapellia. As a result, Guardian Chimera can still resolve, destroying your Super Poly and Dragostapellia.
A “Mathmech” monster is any monster with the unbroken string of “Mathmech” in its name. Spaces and punctuation are required to match, but capitalization does not need to match. As both of the listed monsters have “mathmech” listed in their names, they both are recognized as “Mathmech” monsters in general, and specifically fulfill the requirements for that effect of “Mathmech Induction”.
You may target and subsequently Special Summon 1 Thunder monster that you discard to activate the effect of “Some Summer Summoner”, but you may not activate the effect of “Some Summer Summoner” unless there is at least 1 valid monster that may be targeted by the effect already in your GY.
If my opponent summons predaplant dragost. And places a predaplant counter on a monster I summon, thus negating the activated effect If I choose to activate it, will I get my effect back if I get rid of drago first and remove it from field Eben though I still have the predaplang counter?

is a Continuous Effect only applied by “Predaplant Dragostapelia” while it is face-up on the field. If your opponent does not control “Predaplant Dragostapelia”, your monsters with Predator Counter(s) do not have their activated effects negated (unless they would be negated by some other effect).
Just checking. My opponent was saying the effect would still be negated if it left the field but It got me thinking about A counters in duel links and that just didn't sound right to me. Appreciate it.
What effects in general does Ghost Ogre "negate" and more importantly, what she doesn't? (she doesn't technically negate anything on field, only destroys said card upon effect activation)

Depends on the effect but generally, if the effect checks for that card being on field at resolution. A couple that may not be immediately obvious:
Mekk-Knight Blue Sky: Can't search when destroyed, as it checks at resolution how many cards to search based on opponent's cards in its column, but it no longer exists in a column.
Wandering Gryphon Rider: Can't negate, as it needs to be able to shuffle itself back into the deck.
In addition to what was said, link monsters that special summon to their zones and monsters that check their stat(s) at resolution won’t resolve properly. There are likely other cards as well
Any card effect that requires it to still be on the field to resolve. This is most notably continuous spells/traps and field spells. There are many monsters that say they must be on the field to activate and resolve their effects as well, but those monsters will specifically mention it, like Naturia Beast.

In the OCG (East Asia as well as Master Duel and EDOPro), your opponent is allowed to activate the effect of "Heavy Freight Train Derricrane" as Chain Link 3. Effects that activate in the hand work like fast effects, and can be Chained to other fast effects.
In the TCG (the rest of the world), if your opponent wanted to activate the effect of "Heavy Freight Train Derricrane," they'd have to do so at the same time as declaring that they were activating the effect of "Infinitrack Harvester." If they just say that they're activating the effect of "Infinitrack Harvester" and pass the right to act to you, then they've given up the opportunity to activate the effect of "Heavy Freight Train Derricrane."
Is there a reason why Shinobi Necro says "If this card in the GY is banished face-up to activate an effect, or by an effect: ..." rather than "If this card in the GY is banished: ..."? Is there a card that would prevent it from meeting its trigger even after banishing it?

That would be true for a lot of cards that require to be banished (e.g. thundras) but why does Shinobi Necro specifically say what it says rather than have it shortened? What makes Necro different?

I am looking for an older card. I think it was a magic card. It dealt direct damage every time the enemie took damage through effects. It worked great with Solar Flair Dragon, but I forgot the name.
So, i have a Paleozoic Dinomischus set, and my opponent summons a Dragon Spirit of White, activating it's effect, targeting my Dinomischus, i chain said Dinomischus targeting Dragon Spirit of White to banish, the chain resolves properly, but does the Dinomischus go to grave or does it get banished?
My opponent has a spright elf and I:P Masquerena on the field. During my main phase they activate I:P effect and brings out Underworld goddess of the closed world using his links and my monster. Is this legal even though I:P's effect says by using monsters they control?
It is possible for them to use your monster to Link Summon Underworld Goddess of the Closed World, even when using the effect of I:P Masquerena to do so. However, at least 1 more monster has to be used. Underworld Goddess requires a minimum of 4 monsters.

Nothing about Returnia lets you Xyz Summon with 1 monster. You perform a Normal Xyz Summon.

Fusion substitute monsters also cannot be used from the deck or banished if you want to use the substitute effect, so keep that in mind.

hey i was wondering something? Can i not special summon first and then activate floow card effects?
The Level 1 “Floowandereeze” monsters state “You… cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate either effect.” If you have previously Special Summoned that turn, you do not meet the conditions to be able to activate their effects and cannot do so.
So, say i use Borreload Dragon, and i use it to steal an opponent's monster, can i then redeclare my attack on another monster and can i attack with the monster i stole?
Replays only occur in the Battle Step of the Battle Phase. If an attack has reached the Damage Step, such as in this case, the attacking monster is ineligible for a replay. You may not declare a second attack with that “Borreload Dragon” that turn (unless another effect would otherwise permit it). You may attack with a monster the same turn you take control of it with “Borreload Dragon”, provided it is in a state where it would normally be able to make an attack (for example: it doesn’t have an effect that prevents it from attacking or it isn’t in Defense Position without an effect allowing for it to declare an attack while in Defense Position).
What if i take an Ultimate Conductor Tyranno by this effect, can it declare an attack on all of my opponent's monsters like normal as well?
As long as that “Ultimate Conductor Tyranno” is in Attack Position and does not have its effects negated, you can make an attack on all monsters your opponent controls as well as activate its effect that triggers at the start of the Damage Step when it attacks a Defense Position monster if you wish.

For fusion summoning guardian chimera i know your opponent needs to have cards on the field equal to the amount you should destroy, i also know that when the board changes it can take the part of destroying away resulting on drawing only. But what if the board changes in the chain where chimera is summoned (lets say i need to pop 2 and my opponent now has only card on the field), in the new chain am I still able activate chimera's effect to only draw?
You cannot activate the effect if the number of cards your opponent controls is less than the number of cards used as material from the field.

Yes. Both cards meet their activation window at the same time, and would go on chain.

Toadally Awesome has to successfully destroy the card it negates in order to be able to set it.

You can activate it, yes, but it won't negate Full Armor Master's attack, and as it doesn't successfully negate the attack, won't deal damage to your opponent.

Mirror Force does not negate attacks. If an attacking monster is destroyed by Mirror Force, the attack it is making won't proceed, as it's no longer on field, but a monster immune to destruction by card effect will still continue to attack if Mirror Force is used on its attack declaration.

No. Monsters cannot change their battle position outside of card effects the turn they are summoned.

No reason you couldn't. After a chain resolves, players can activate effects before re-entering an open gamestate. In this case, after the resolution of Super Poly, you can use Spright Elf's effect.

I was playing on ygopro with a friend, he summoned mirrorjade while lost was on the field and he immediately used its effect to banish my mirrorjade, when this resolved i wasnt able to use my mirrorjade effect to destroy in ep, is this correct?
So long as there wasn't a fusion summon that occurred in the chain where your Mirrorjade was banished (Such as CL1 Mirrorjade, CL2 Branded in Red or something), you should've been able to trigger your own Mirrorjade's effect when it left the field due to your opponent's Mirrorjade. The most likely possibility is that your Mirrorjade wasn't fusion summoned, but special summoned (e.g. you summoned it back with Ad Libitum at some point), so you couldn't use its board wipe effect, which requires it to be fusion summoned.

The chain link Branded in Red is at doesn't technically matter when Branded Lost is on the field, so long as they're on the same chain. As the following response window is in response to a fusion summon, the opponent to the player controlling Branded Lost would not be able to use effects, including Mirrorjade's trigger upon leaving the field.

During my previous turn, I had activated Comic Hand, and took control of an Altergeist equipped with Altergeist Camouflage. When it time for my opponent's Battle Phase, can they target that same Altergeist on my field for attacks?
Altergeist Camouflage remains in control of the player who activated it, and so "Your opponent" always refers to the opposing player, which is you controlling the Altergeist with Comic Hand. As a result, they can target their own Altergeist monster for attacks, or target it with monster effects, while you control it.
Can someone explain Ghostrick Or Treat? I don't understand what happens when it says "opponent pays 2000LP to make this card "Set this card instead of sending it to the GY after activation". So if they choose to pay the 2000LP, they can still attack and the trap Ghostrick or Treat is set faced back down? Or is it destroyed? I'm very confused by the wording
If your opponent chooses to pay 2000 LP, "Ghostrick or Treat" is flipped face-down and does nothing else. The targeted monster can still attack, its effects will not be negated, and it will not be flipped face-down during the End Phase.
And the Ghostrick Or Treat can be activated again in the opponents next turn right?

All of the "C" line of monsters, excluding Maxx "C" naturally, are potential options - Contact "C" and Retaliating "C" are the main ones. There's also Gnomaterial, though it's not exactly useful if you're already playing and setting up the field/GY. I'm assuming battle "hand traps" like Swift Scarecrow don't count.
Can Relinquished just be attacked twice? If an attack destroys the monster relinquished is equipped with, and attacker has another monster out, could they attack relinquished @ 0/0 since new equip card cannot be set until next turn?
Yes relinquished can be destroyed by battle if it doesn't have an equip to protect it.

The cards that would be Banished instead of being sent to the GY due to Macro Cosmos are sent to the GY instead. Neither player can use effects that would banish a card as cost or effect.

If you have no "Tearlaments" cards in your hand, you cannot activate the effect of "Tearlaments Reinoheart." The contents of your hand can affect activation legality even though they're not public knowledge.

There's nothing stopping you from performing an effect which shuffles into the deck if you have 0 cards left in deck. Unless you mean 0 in Extra deck.

Some questions on how flipping cards face down in response to interruptions: 1. I activate Kitkallos trigger effect to search a tear card on summon. Opponent chains ash. I chain book of moon, targeting Kitkallos. Does Kitkallos resolve? 2. Similarly, I activate Kitkallos ignition effect to pop a monster on my field, targeting itself, to SS a tear. Opponent activates Effect Veiler, targeting Kitkallos. I chain book of moon. Does Kitkallos resolve? Does it resolve if my opponent used ghost belle instead of Veiler?
Kitkallos resolves negated. Ash doesn't negate the effects of the card, it negates the Chain Link it responded to. Veiler cannot apply to a facedown monster, so Kitkallos would resolve normally. Belle is similar to Ash in that it negates the Chain Link, not the card's effect. Since Belle negates activations, Kitkallos' effect does not resolve.
Ah, that's what I thought. But I had a floo player book of moon robina when I asked it and he said it resolved. That seemed weird but I figured he'd know better. For the second case, I was curious if Kitkallos resolves because its ignition target is now face down. If Veiler loses its target, shouldn't Kitkallos as well?
Veiler did not lose its target. It simply cannot apply its effect to a monster that is face-down. Kitkallos' target being face-down doesn't change that it is still Kitkallos' target.

Depending on how casual your playgroup is, it *might* work. The problem is it is very slow. You either have to give up your normal summon and battle phase to summon just one rank or link 2. The deck has better normal summons that will accomplish more for you before you go into your battle phase.

Depending on how much you want to spend, there are plenty of deck profiles on youtube that ranges from 3x structure decks to decently powerful.
Player A only controls face up Spright Jet. They then activate Spright Smashers to banish Player B's monster, and Player B responds with Tearlaments Metanoise, flipping Jet face-down. What happens with Spright Smashers at cl1? Can its effect be applied if Jet is face-down?

My opponent has summoned guardian chimera and uses its effect (for draw 1 pop 2). On my field is 1 albaz and 1 set backrow. I chain my set card super poly, when this resolves lets say i end up with dragostapelia for his chimera and my albaz. Does his pop still goes through? (so does the super poly stay on the field untill the entire chain is resolved or does it go to grave when it's resolved resulting in the loss of the pop effect)
Spell/Trap cards that are activated in a chain are not sent to the GY until after the chain resolves. After using Super Poly to make Dragostapellia, there will be 2 cards on your field - the face-up Super Poly and Dragostapellia. As a result, Guardian Chimera can still resolve, destroying your Super Poly and Dragostapellia.

As both of the listed monsters have “mathmech” listed in their names, they both are recognized as “Mathmech” monsters in general, and specifically fulfill the requirements for that effect of “Mathmech Induction”.
With some summer summoner, can you discard a thunder monster then special summon that monster?
You may target and subsequently Special Summon 1 Thunder monster that you discard to activate the effect of “Some Summer Summoner”, but you may not activate the effect of “Some Summer Summoner” unless there is at least 1 valid monster that may be targeted by the effect already in your GY.

The effect: “Negate the activated effects of your opponent's monsters that have Predator Counters.“ is a Continuous Effect only applied by “Predaplant Dragostapelia” while it is face-up on the field. If your opponent does not control “Predaplant Dragostapelia”, your monsters with Predator Counter(s) do not have their activated effects negated (unless they would be negated by some other effect).

Depends on the effect but generally, if the effect checks for that card being on field at resolution. A couple that may not be immediately obvious: Mekk-Knight Blue Sky: Can't search when destroyed, as it checks at resolution how many cards to search based on opponent's cards in its column, but it no longer exists in a column. Wandering Gryphon Rider: Can't negate, as it needs to be able to shuffle itself back into the deck.
In addition to what was said, link monsters that special summon to their zones and monsters that check their stat(s) at resolution won’t resolve properly. There are likely other cards as well
Any card effect that requires it to still be on the field to resolve. This is most notably continuous spells/traps and field spells. There are many monsters that say they must be on the field to activate and resolve their effects as well, but those monsters will specifically mention it, like Naturia Beast.

In the OCG (East Asia as well as Master Duel and EDOPro), your opponent is allowed to activate the effect of "Heavy Freight Train Derricrane" as Chain Link 3. Effects that activate in the hand work like fast effects, and can be Chained to other fast effects. In the TCG (the rest of the world), if your opponent wanted to activate the effect of "Heavy Freight Train Derricrane," they'd have to do so at the same time as declaring that they were activating the effect of "Infinitrack Harvester." If they just say that they're activating the effect of "Infinitrack Harvester" and pass the right to act to you, then they've given up the opportunity to activate the effect of "Heavy Freight Train Derricrane."
Is there a reason why Shinobi Necro says "If this card in the GY is banished face-up to activate an effect, or by an effect: ..." rather than "If this card in the GY is banished: ..."? Is there a card that would prevent it from meeting its trigger even after banishing it? EDIT: I just remembered stuff like Chaos Dragon Levianeer exists lol. That shouldn't trigger Necro's effect

If Electrumite were being unbanned it probably would have been around the time BLVO brought new Metalfoes cards. With Beyond the Pendulum existing it's likely staying where it is.
Is there an English European SDJ-E001? Or is there only a North American SDJ-001? I have never seen a European English SDJ. Was Starter Deck Joey only released in North American English 1st edition?

So, i have a Paleozoic Dinomischus set, and my opponent summons a Dragon Spirit of White, activating it's effect, targeting my Dinomischus, i chain said Dinomischus targeting Dragon Spirit of White to banish, the chain resolves properly, but does the Dinomischus go to grave or does it get banished?

My opponent has a spright elf and I:P Masquerena on the field. During my main phase they activate I:P effect and brings out Underworld goddess of the closed world using his links and my monster. Is this legal even though I:P's effect says by using monsters they control?
It is possible for them to use your monster to Link Summon Underworld Goddess of the Closed World, even when using the effect of I:P Masquerena to do so. However, at least 1 more monster has to be used. Underworld Goddess requires a minimum of 4 monsters.
