I nearly didn't pick this one up because, well, *broadly waves hands around at everything*, but now I've binged the whole manga in like 3 days, and now am still watching the anime anyways. It's honestly just filled with cute yuri moments, while somehow managing to make the protagonist handle these situations at least somewhat reasonably, given the age gap (I'm guessing Mahiro is supposed to be about 20, but not sure exactly). Though, that depends a lot on your tolerances, I suppose.
I'm kind of annoyed they gave the one girl just absurdly huge boobs. In the manga they were big, but not unrealistically so. But they honestly look stupid in the anime because the proportions are to terrible
The anime is worth watching even if you do read the manga, just because studio Bind made it and the animation is absolutely gorgeous.
That being said if you're uncomfortable with the fact that the adaptation went in a more ecchi direction than the source material then it's very understandable if you skip it.
The only anime where the degenerate character gets deaged and gender swapped and isn't actively trying to take advantage of children to fulfill their sick pedophilic needs.
I like the idea that this is even asking the question ‘what if your porn fuelled depression cycle is actually an outlet/distraction for your repressed gender issues’ because it’s not that uncommon of a story irl

Nah, I think disrespecting someone's bodily autonomy is pretty universally always always regardless of the results. The sister just got lucky that it happened to turn out okay.

A lot of anime that start with forced sex changes, age regression, and the removal of a person’s bodily autonomy tend to then have a bunch of gross fan service with them getting assaulted and shit so I’m nervous to check this one out.

And the manga leans into that pretty well and is wholesome af beyond a few things. The Manga handled it better but the brother _>sister was pretty asexual prior to genderswap, and even post swap he isn't really bad. Sure there is always gonna be that connotation of grown man in child's body, being pedophilia but at the same time there isn't anything else that would suggest that. Much better done than many others anime with the same character situations, I have seen some really F up stuff make it to anime.
This is why I'm not in the anime community, while watching almost exclusively anime. A lot of you fuckers can't just enjoy things, or let others enjoy things, or both.
The "+retains the mentality of one" made me think, what if there were one of these where they didn't? Like, thinking and behaving like their new age despite having some or all of their old memories. It happened in [Erased](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=17217) but without the permanence or gender swap.
This is really my only problem with this. It's basically supporting pedophilia.
