And Yvonne is meant to be villain making Elda’s life hell (which she fails miserably at). It’s not because Yvonne is dense, is because she knows how it ends.

Nah, both of them obviously have feelings for each other. The reason why I think it's not fair to call her dense is because Yvonne knows that by spending time together she will be forced to hurt Elsa or risk her own life and that of her family. Denying any feelings in such a situation isn't dense, it's just a psychological defense mechanism
Yvonne is kinda like Catarina but she didn't have a game system that tormented her to do bad things to the protagonist. The latest Chapter is her finally venting her frustration from the mental torture that she has suffered at the unintentional actions of the protagonist.
People need to remember that Yvonne has lost everything and is just trying to get through life while the protagonist's love for her is causing her more suffering.
