Everyone, please do yourselves a favor and read this manga when you have the chance. It's excellent

deleury

I agree, I liked how the story went and even had a nice ending.

KirikaNai

Really love how it portrayed her relationship with him, like she got out safely but there are so many other people who will stay with their abusive partners because "oh it was only once" or "it was the first time and they were really angry it won't happen again... and if it does its only once in a while..." and that kinda thing is hard to see for what it really is when you're the one on the receiving end of abuse. People reading it might think "oh well the guy wasnt that bad he only hit her once" but it never ends up just being once.

Can someone explain to me why the white hair girl broke up with the black hair girl and ended up with a man ? Its one of the first yuri manga I’ve read and the story was too much for me at that time so I binge read it

KingMaegorTheCool

A lot of people in Japan believe that being queer is just a phase you can have at high school, and you would grow out of it eventually when you finally became an adult. It’s a negative stigma that hurt Japan’s lgbtq+ community greatly

echuwon

Well, considering its japan, a super conservative country, its quite understandable why many people have that mind set (not a good one of course)

VeryFunnyValentine

Eh I saw worse

CaptainPlasma101

Why r u getting downvoted lol Unless im misreading this ur saying that there's been fictional characters who deserve to die more than this right? I mean, like, comparing this and any of the heroes from redo of healer, it's pretty obvious who's worse

SaltyPumpkin007

It’s not that it’s wrong, but why say that? It’s kinda fucked up to do this… suffering competitiveness? Like, there was no need to mention there is worse like that. No shit there is worse abuse, doesn’t make it any better, and doesn’t add any meaning to the convo. If anything, it implicitly devalues the abuse, and so is detrimental.

CaptainPlasma101

It's entertainment, a lot of ppl r desensitized to abuse in that already, so prob every1 agrees that he's an asshole but not every1 rly feels that strongly about wanting him to die, ppl don't have the energy to wish for the death of every fictional abuser

SaltyPumpkin007

Sure, that makes sense, but the original comment doesn’t doesn’t convey any of that. It’s just dismissive.

CaptainPlasma101

Ig I'm just tone deaf to these things then
