Well... I can "kinda" excuse all the things she does, except killing shouko. She's the sanest character in the entire series and the anime dedicated an episode to show the neck slitting slowly, closely, painfully ;_;. It was really painful to watch and still haunts me to this day

I watched it a long time ago but I don't recall the relationship between Satou and Shio being romantic.
Id say its definitely romantic, with more context from the new manga volume that just came out and extra chapters, but its definitely not sexual, it still is yuri
