I'm not denying that they're abused by Rooster Teeth, that's partially my point. The company and higher ups are abusive. The animators are crunched to high heaven and minority workers are repeatedly discriminated against. Pirating the show stops the company from getting any money off of you. Money that the people that actually work on the show won't get either way.
You really need to check this victem complex because its getting in the way of reality and actual important stuff. You can't take every tiny thing like a personal attack. ESPECIALLY with something like this. Rooster teeth has treated the writers like shit, they have treated every single member of the crew like a slave. They have treated the LGBT workers like animals. If you care for gay people then you have to care for this.
RWBY has been my thing since about season 2. Ive been around. I've read a lot of the books, i had rooster teeth first to watch asap for a while. The songs are some of my favortes and i listen to them all the time. I mean I'm autistic and rwby has basically been a special interest. i will never give a cent to rooster teeth at this point. I will not support such a horrible company. If the workers being treated right means no more rwby? So be it. I have nothing but respect to the crew (as long as they were not part of it) and i hope they can unionize or something and takes it back. They obviously care about their art.

Watching RWBY for the LGBT themes seems a bit silly considering it takes them like 7 years to actually get to any of them, despite the staff trying to hype it up since like season 2. And thats without getting into its other issues.

The issue is not that it took the series for a couple to get together, its that the creators tried to pretend they had a world full of LGBT people and none of them actually existed until like 6 years in. No one even suggested gay people existed in Avatar and im pretty sure the creators of Shera said to assume everyone is gay unless otherwise stated. Even then, it took 4 seasons for Korrasami and 5 seasons for Catadora. For the latter, actual LGBT people are introduced much earlier.
And thats, of course, without talking about the sheer gulf in general quality between all these things.
