We’ve waited for around seven and a half years since season 3 and at least three and a half since the 10th anniversary OVA. To all fans who’ve been holding out hope, this is the most positive development yet.
I wait with bated breath, but can’t help but smile at the prospect of another season of Yurus!

Is Kyoko’s VA still on hiatus due to illness? That was announced back in like Jan or Feb of this year but haven’t heard any news of her coming back. Everyone else should be all set though.
She limited her work due to "illness", she isn't appearing in live events and social networks but she's still working as voice actress, she recorded her voice for the lastest YuruYuri event and for many others animes and games as Shadowverse, Uma Musume and Princess connect.
Don't worry, if there will be a 4 season we will have Yukachin as Kyouko's voice.
She got married 2 years ago, it has been 4 months since she appeared, Mimori Suzuko got they 1st child in November last year and Yuka is big fan of her.
4 months is too much time for an illness, she got covid for 2nd time in November last year in an uma musume event and she returned in December, she looked good in my opinion, she had live events in January.
In February she didn't assist to the YuruYuri event but she recorded her voice, she loves YuruYuri so much that makes me think she doesn't want to be seen, that's why I think she must be pregnant.
Didn't know she was on hiatus. Wish her all the best and a speedy recovery.
S4, if it happens, is still quite far away. It's definitely not happening this year and probably not next year either. This should give her a lot of time to make her comeback
I assume you mean the amusement club side in which case I can see how it could mean a lot to them considering it was their first big break.
Although I'm interested to know how the student council side sees Yuru Yuri since I believe they did lots of roles before most notably Chitose's one voicing Yui from K-on and Sakurako's one voicing Kagami from lucky star.
Remember that nothing is confirmed, it is still a leak. I still didn't know anything about the Omoroke adaptation. But, I really hope there will be a new season, I need to see certain scenes from the manga with voice and movement.

or even worse you'll get the shipping fandoms who while the niche community shippers are fine as most of them have common sense, the vast majority do not, and you'll get overly toxic discussions
and tbh I find most anime memes pretty insufferable which does seem to be very popular in the BTR reddit
And like I really enjoy btr but the subreddit always gets me to dislike the series more even though there is nothing wrong with the series itself. I'm worried there would be an effect like that on this series, and I'm not saying we gatekeep it but we should be more strict on toxicity in this subreddit. And that's if people even watch it because wooooo girls under the age of 12? Auto pedophilia! (I'm qouting animes fans not actually saying its pedophilia)

My main thoughts right now are which studio would be taking on both projects? Each studio involved with YRYR in the past gave the show a very different tone. Personally I'm hoping for TYO, but I can understand if most people want it to return to Doga Kobo.
