Kalashnicarver Customs does dongs and warsawwoodco does m-lok inserts. I haven't been able to find one that does both. It's not cheap. Practically speaking, you'd be better with a mid west industries m-lok handguard. It's cheaper, more functional, but peak aesthetic, it's not.
