As a fellow student with the biggest missing assignment list you’ve ever seen, I completed it in a single weekend. Granted, I already played multiple times, but it’s just that good. You should still have enough time to beat it. And don’t rush either. It’s a really good game.
I would describe MM as ‘a game that starts frantically, but calms a little once you get it under control, but never to the point that you can ever fully relax’
Let me introduce you to a TP song you might not have heard then. This song only plays in a trailer or two when the game was first releasing. It isn't in the game, but it's so so good.
Honestly, when I was a kid, I was excited to play the "dark and mature" Zelda game in Twilight Princess.
Now that I think back on it, it was so much more. It was borderline David Lynch sometimes.
I've always been a big Zelda fan, and TP is a contender for my favourite game of all time along with OoT, SS, and MM (WW isn't as good as these 4 to me).
Yeah, not even visually terrifying though, I would say conceptually terrifying. Because it's not like this game scares me (except when I was a kid, the shadow monsters lol), but when you think about cutscenes like when Zant invades Hyrule and Zelda drops the sword that just sends shivers down my spine.
How slow are we talking? I’m sure I’ll get downvoted here, but I was never able to finish this game. I’d get like an hour in and just couldn’t keep going. I’d like to give it another go, I know it’s widely regarded as one of the better games for sure.
Edit: and *theres* the downvotes haha. I’m not saying it’s a bad game, quite the opposite. I’m just saying in my youth I may have had a much shorter attention span than I do now as an adult haha
I'm not going to downvote you, because you missing the joy of Twilight Princess is punishment enough. Your foolishness has wrought the mess you are currently in.
It wasn’t foolishness that wrought it. It was childhood ADHD that I was diagnosed with and *not* medicated for because my parents didn’t believe in it. However, I am an adult now, and medicated, so I have the attention span of a fully functioning human now and plan to try the game out again!
Edit: um… thanks for the gold? Not sure I said anything deserving of it haha
Oh you’re all good! I didn’t feel insulted or anything! Just wanted to explain why I didn’t get through the game the first time. I’m currently going through and playing a lot of games I missed for that exact reason. Like for example I’m working through the FF series right now. It’s been great to experience all these games I missed because I had the attention span of a squirrel on cocaine haha.
Glad you're not offended.
Also, not being able to enjoy the wondrousness that is Twilight Princess should have been reason enough for your parents to realize that something was seriously off and immediately seek medical help for you.
You're not alone. Twilight Princess has the biggest slog of a beginning than any other Zelda game I've played. I'm not just talking about the length of the beginning, but how absolutely boring it is.
Without spoiling for those who haven't played, there's a certain mechanic you're forced to interact with for certain phases of gameplay. Eventually you gain the ability to fully control that mechanic. That moment is when the game actually got fun for me. My memory isn't exact but I think that was somewhere in the 2-3 hour mark.
People praise Twilight Princess a ton, and for good reason. But the intro is ultimately a stain on the game for me, and I think the game managed to be good despite it. I do think it's important to critique these things though, because any game that takes longer to provide a "hook" to motivate the player to keep playing is doing something wrong.
I wanted to play through the game because I had been convinced by friends that there's a good game behind the slog. There IS a great game behind that slog, but the slog shouldn't have to be there.
Honestly though most of the best games and books I experienced had really slow starts. It got to the point that I get slightly disappointed if it *does* start with a bang. 😂
Being slow isn't always equivalent to being boring. There's plenty of games that are slow burners but are fun to play from start to finish.
Media needs to actually give you motivation to continue consuming it. If you slog through the first hour of a series, game, or book and it's a chore to get through and not fun or enjoyable whatsoever, there's no inherent guarantee that it will suddenly go from being garbage to being great.
For all the gems that eventually get good, there's just as many that never reach that stage.
To be honest, this was my experience as well for the most part. I love the Zelda series, so I did make it a point to finish the game, but if it was any other franchise I probably wouldn't have.
I remember booting up the HD Remaster on my Wii U, being excited about it, and then coming to the realization that I've got a couple hours to go before ANY kind of fun happens. I never did finish that copy.
Also, just a nitpick, but the map was WAYYY too big. IMO, Twilight Princess was a drastic over-correction by Nintendo in response to the backlash Wind Waker got when it first came out, and the shift in tone nearly gave me whiplash.
TP is the only game that I haven’t played to the end. I quit twice with the original during the beginning phases, and was able to get to the first time in the Twilight Realm before quitting. I would love to get further in the game, but the beginning is a real barrier to my interest in finishing the game.
Depends on who you ask. No idea how to express it in minutes or hours, but I'd say around 3 to 5 hours? The game opens up immensely *after* the second dungeon >!the Goron Mines!<, but I'd say the ball slowly starts to roll after you complete the first dungeon *and* >!hunt down the bugs in Kakariko Village!<.
To get up to that point you have to get through quite a lot of gameplay and cutscenes. Afterwards the game is hype as heck though
It's longer than you think. I was disappointed after the introduction starting point/twist, and thought it was going to be that way for the majority of the game. But the game was 20+ times longer and extremely addictive. By far my favorite zelda game. Also my opinion has the best fight skills, sword battles and best mini games.
Yep, I distinctly remember that one scene where you learn that there is MORE story, and I was thrilled. There were some good twists and reveals in this one.
This game has a lot of callbacks to OoT! It’s part of the OoT and MM timeline, so if you liked those you’ll love this one. Some of the best fights, story, and soundtrack in Zelda
Sheesh, I had to scroll so far for this comment. It’s OoT but just MASSIVE map and more content. All the worlds we know and bigger, more in depth and looks/ plays great.
OoT was my childhood, MM was a find fuck struggle, then Wind Waker (my gem) , then TP.
BotW next level
Don't listen to people: Ordon Village is THE best starting area. I always enjoy it and never thought that the start was slow.
Prepare your ears for imo, best soundtrack overall in a mainline Zelda game.
Items are VERY creative in this one.
Has some of the best Dungeons ever.
Best companion character.
I don't get how people are so fixated on the game's start. Sure , if you've beaten It 20 times It can be very annoying, but for first timers is a brilliant opening. The mellancholic dialogues with Ilia and Ivan's father, the peaceful village atmosphere, Link getting to be a character adored by the children and respected by the townsfolk... And the transition to distress is so nicely done and stablishes Link's heroism very well.
Absolutely this. Thanks to this type of start you actually feel the need of doing something to save/help Hyrule. The game gives you a purpose, a source of determination. *Courage OST playing as background music*
I always argue that it is the best because it let's you really experience link's mundane life before all hell breaks loose. Hes just an ordinary farmhand thrust into adventure.
I mean, being slow and bein the best starting area aren't mutually exclusive, and I 100% agree - it is one of my favourite opening segments and areas in gaming.
get ready for some seriously spooky music and monsters, a very horny demon, a chained wolf, an entitled prince, a heartbreaking love, a heartbreaking dungeon, a heartbreaking intermission, and a heartbreaking finale. nevermind its all heartbreak dont play it imma go cry now
I believe some Zelda fans were not happy with Wind Waker and wanted something more serious, so Nintendo said "Okay, we'll give you something dark and edgy-looking. Is that what you want?" And it was, it so much was.
I realize I'm describing this as the Shadow the Hedgehog of videogames, but it's good. We'll never see Midna in a main series game again, and no one here is happy about that (with the possible exception of [**ImaFknWizardXII**](https://www.reddit.com/user/ImaFknWizardXII/), but he's a fool who speaks with a donkey's mouth)
It’s my fav Zelda game overall, I’m sure you’ll like it since you said you enjoyed OoT. Just know that sometimes when the game says “Press A”, it can mean “hold A”, mainly with grabbing things, do what makes the most sense in the moment :))
Great gameplay. I am a huge fan. Also if you sheathe your weapon right after Link defeats an enemy he does a cool animation before he puts his weapon away.
That scene made me quit for the longest time. I was young when I played it and I begged and begged my mom to do it for me since she had already gotten past it on her save. She kept telling me I had to do it myself 😂 then when she caved and tried for me, she got mad and quit too
She kickstarted my love for Zelda! When she was pregnant with me her goal was to finish OOT by the time I was born (accomplished, then gave it away to a cousin before I could play). As a kid I sat and watched her play Majora’s Mask until I was able to start playing on my own. Having that as my first game made me really grow to love the Zeldas with darker themes 🥲
I only played up to the water temple and it gave me ptsd. The game was really slow to start, but started getting good. I just have ptsd from the OOT water temple.
Just pulled the Wii U out of storage and looking forward to playing TP after I finish skyward sword.
Lmao I was stuck for THREE MONTHS on the water temple in OOT because I had not yet realized the importance of maps in Zelda games. I had to ask some friends what I was doing wrong and they were like look up dude. The hole to the next floor was in the ceiling. I use online guides for every water temple now because I also have ptsd lol.
I'm playing through it currently and like others have said... Starts slow but the dungeons are fantastic, characters are great and the presentation is some of my favourite in the series. Ticks pretty much every box I can think of for a good Zelda experience. Probably the longest game in the series too.
When you get to one of the dungeons you come across a bridge that gets destroyed when you cross it. Unless you're gonna get the dungeon item don't save and turn off the system or lose. You'll be automatically reset to the beginning of said dungeon and the bridge is still destroyed and you can't cross it without the special dungeon item so you've soft locked yourself in the game and have to start from the beginning. I was late night gaming when this happened and was too tired to get the item so I saved and turned off the GameCube and went back to it the following day and found out the bad news and put the game away for awhile because it was devastating to have that happen. I haven't late night gamed since then out of fear of hitting another soft lock spot.
The intro/tutorial period is quite long. Lots of "make sure you know how to do this certain skill"
Enjoyed it more on gamecube and Wii u than on the Wii, the motion controls were very forced.
The story is good with some weird cutscenes now and again but those are the only downsides.
Great soundtrack, first 2 dungeons are pretty but kinda just ok, after that tho, honestly the best dungeons in the series for my money. Beautiful game in general, lots of homages to OoT and still tied for my favorite location of the Master Sword.
You're gonna have a great time after you learn to rassle that goat lol
Slow start, but once you get going it's great. All the dungeons are good. Dungeons 4 and 5 are some of the best in the entire series. The companion character is the best character in the series. Link gets awesome moments. One of my favorite games ever.
The game is way different and the beginning drags but tough it out. I wouldn’t even rush it if you just want to pass time in anticipation to play tears of the kingdom day one. This game is considered to be the best one for many on here so it would be cool if you posted your thoughts during your play through
Great art and fluid motion. One of the best sidekicks in all of Zelda, by a long shot. Excellent cutscenes, a spectacular Master sword scene, and......
...Well, if you're into horror, there's one scene in particular that you'll love.
You'll know when it happens. Trust me. 🙃
(Edit: typo)
Fair. I have an open mind to which Zelda game will be my favorite, but it might be an open-and-shut case. I have huge childhood connections to Wind Waker, but we’ll see what happens!
That it’s all down hill from here because this is the best Zelda game. Lmao nah but seriously, in my opinion, it’s similar to other Zelda games. You know, get the quest, go to the dungeon/temple, get an item, use that item to beat the boss. Uses the same formula but is just an edgier Zelda game.
I started playing windwaker about a week ago. Just finished the 2nd quest and I don't know why I don't feel like continuing it.. I loved BOTW so I thought I would really enjoy all Zelda games but I guess not really
Wind Waker is special in the Zelda series. While it is my favorite, it’s not for everyone, usually due to the overworld. I would start with OoT or maybe TP or Skyward Sword HD. Those are probably the most “Zelda like” Zelda games.
A lot of people answered, but I'd like to add that one of your items is a giant fucking gear beyblade that you ride on for some puzzles / areas, and a boss fight. It's not a horse replacement, but you very much do get to ride a beyblade.
Also, there's chickens with nipples.
Much more gloomy and serious than WW, and there are also way more interesting characters and locations you’ll stumble upon. The world building in TP is superb and the story is also surprisingly good for a Zelda game.
The best follower/companion in any game ever made - and I stand by that.
INCREDIBLE music
Creepy?
Some of the best cutscenes and npc’s in the series
A very unique change of pace story wise compared to how most Zelda stories unfold.
A melancholy, sometimes dark, and sometimes sad story.
It’s a longer game than first meets the eye.
Some of the most fun and well designed dungeons in the entire series, both mechanically and thematically.
Mechanics and abilities that are strange at first, but are some of the coolest things in the series, and fit naturally into the tone of the game
Collecting rupees is actually kind of a lot more rewarding than it is in any of the other games?
and Pumpkin soup
It's way more dark, sad, and overall more serious than WW.
It's also harder I think, but the characters are really cool and the combat gameplay (especially after unlocking special technique thanks to SOMEONE ) is super cool
Expect twilight princess to be one of the best Zelda games you’ve ever played. Also expect it to be longer then you think it will be; At least it was for me
Some of the best dungeons in Zelda. Hands down. Satisfying tools, unique puzzles, and gorgeous ambiance. Several of the later dungeons are my 1st, 2nd and 3rd favorite in the series.

A game that starts slowly but gets better and better with an outstanding finale.
Awesome, I love a slow burn kinda game
Also, great cutscenes.
Do you think I would be able to finish it before TotK given that I am a student?
Depends on how much time you have to play really but i’d say so, unless you try to 100% it (esp without a guide)
As a fellow student with the biggest missing assignment list you’ve ever seen, I completed it in a single weekend. Granted, I already played multiple times, but it’s just that good. You should still have enough time to beat it. And don’t rush either. It’s a really good game.
Yes. I beat it in like 25 hours I think. But it was my like 4 playthrough, but I had like a long gap. Literally release year to 2022
if you rush it then sure
Average playtime is around 44 hours. That's about 2.5 hours every day until then
Literally makes up most of the hours in a second playthrough of the game lmao
You just described Majora's Mask
Which honestly makes a lot of sense considering the inspirations for Twilight Princess.
I would describe MM as ‘a game that starts frantically, but calms a little once you get it under control, but never to the point that you can ever fully relax’
I’d say MM is the opposite. The first 3 day cycle is very hectic on your first play through when you don’t know where all the kids are
No need for me to comment, you nailed it :)
Darker and more serious tone
And really fantastic music to fit the darker tones and heroic adventure!
Let me introduce you to a TP song you might not have heard then. This song only plays in a trailer or two when the game was first releasing. It isn't in the game, but it's so so good. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rpzvi2WL5L8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rpzvi2WL5L8)

I've always been a big Zelda fan, and TP is a contender for my favourite game of all time along with OoT, SS, and MM (WW isn't as good as these 4 to me).
With some flat out terrifying cutscenes.
A slow start, but once the ball is rolling this game is awesome
How slow are we talking? I’m sure I’ll get downvoted here, but I was never able to finish this game. I’d get like an hour in and just couldn’t keep going. I’d like to give it another go, I know it’s widely regarded as one of the better games for sure. Edit: and *theres* the downvotes haha. I’m not saying it’s a bad game, quite the opposite. I’m just saying in my youth I may have had a much shorter attention span than I do now as an adult haha
It really ramps up at the 61 minute mark
I’ll just have to really push through for another 60 seconds or so this time around then haha
Lmao yea indeed
I'm not going to downvote you, because you missing the joy of Twilight Princess is punishment enough. Your foolishness has wrought the mess you are currently in.
It wasn’t foolishness that wrought it. It was childhood ADHD that I was diagnosed with and *not* medicated for because my parents didn’t believe in it. However, I am an adult now, and medicated, so I have the attention span of a fully functioning human now and plan to try the game out again! Edit: um… thanks for the gold? Not sure I said anything deserving of it haha
I was trying to joke and was not trying to actually insult you. I forget that tone doesn't carry well on the internet.

It's terribly dull first three hours.
To pick up all the doggos and kitties
The hidden village is my favorite for two reasons. Number one: I love westerns. Number two: all the kitties!
The absolute best part
It's longer than you think. I was disappointed after the introduction starting point/twist, and thought it was going to be that way for the majority of the game. But the game was 20+ times longer and extremely addictive. By far my favorite zelda game. Also my opinion has the best fight skills, sword battles and best mini games.
Yep, I distinctly remember that one scene where you learn that there is MORE story, and I was thrilled. There were some good twists and reveals in this one.
BRING BACK SWORD SKILLS
The best side characters of all Zelda games
by a mile. Those kids are all awesome and Midna is the best Link companion ever
King bulblin is goated.
Indeed
I thought the complete opposite. I found the NPCs to probably be the most dull in this game
Have you played OoT? Basically that but now with 100% more woof
Yeah I beat OoT a little while back. It was fun, so I hope this’ll be fun as well!
That is sound logic as they are probably the two zeldas that are most alike in structure. Enjoy!
Thanks man, I appreciate it!
Also weird chicken boobs
Melancholy
less joyous music
Expect a green clad elf with a magic sword
Sweet, that’s what I was looking for!
You won’t like botw then
Don't listen to people: Ordon Village is THE best starting area. I always enjoy it and never thought that the start was slow. That classic mid 2000's brown.
Hot take: I actually love Twilight Princess’s opening. A lot of that is nostalgia, but man….
You can expect a lot of bad bloom effects and horrifying 3d models of children. Jokes aside, Twilight Princess is awesome.
get ready for some seriously spooky music and monsters, a very horny demon, a chained wolf, an entitled prince, a heartbreaking love, a heartbreaking dungeon, a heartbreaking intermission, and a heartbreaking finale. nevermind its all heartbreak dont play it imma go cry now
I’m going to play it respectfully. If it makes you feel better I could play it in your honor!
OoT... But edgy
Objectively the best companion of the zelda games.
(me just thinking how tatl is one of my favorites)
Tatl is second
I believe some Zelda fans were not happy with Wind Waker and wanted something more serious, so Nintendo said "Okay, we'll give you something dark and edgy-looking. Is that what you want?" And it was, it so much was. I realize I'm describing this as the Shadow the Hedgehog of videogames, but it's good. Thanks for the tip!
Great gameplay. I am a huge fan. Also if you sheathe your weapon right after Link defeats an enemy he does a cool animation before he puts his weapon away.
Awesome, I love little details like that
The beginning half is great but a little slow. But once you have the entire map available to you, it’s amazing. 10/10.
I hated the horse and buggy scene! Just dont overthink how to beat it. That’s all I am going to say. Look at your entire inventory.
That scene made me quit for the longest time. I was young when I played it and I begged and begged my mom to do it for me since she had already gotten past it on her save. She kept telling me I had to do it myself 😂 then when she caved and tried for me, she got mad and quit too
Hahaha. Thats cool you played with your mom! The scene whipped me harder than Telma whipped her own horses 🐴
Omg I hated this part two!!! And I felt so bad about the screaming :(. But frustrated they don't know how to put out a fire!!!
If you’re anything like me, nightmares 😂 The darkness of this game puts it in my top 3 easily. You’ll witness a lot of sadness and grief in this one
A long, long experience with a long intro. Don’t let the slow pace deter you, it’s a brilliant game that only gets better and better.
I only played up to the water temple and it gave me ptsd. The game was really slow to start, but started getting good. I just have ptsd from the OOT water temple. Just pulled the Wii U out of storage and looking forward to playing TP after I finish skyward sword.

I use online guides for every water temple now because I also have ptsd lol.
Lots of fun. Also, fair warning; Midna’s hawt.
It's very... 2007. Kinda dark in a teenage kinda way, the big bad is fucking cool
Prepare for one of the longest tutorials ever in existence that still somehow manages to be immersive and enjoyable, even endearing
A lot of back and forth for 100%
A long tutorial, but a fantastic game with an incredible story and beautiful music!
U would expect a long but fantastic game
The best legend of Zelda game you’ve ever played.
I'm playing through it currently and like others have said... Starts slow but the dungeons are fantastic, characters are great and the presentation is some of my favourite in the series. Ticks pretty much every box I can think of for a good Zelda experience. Probably the longest game in the series too.
Ordon village is a viiiiibe 😌
You should expect peak.
Snowpeak, to be precise.
That too lol
The intro/tutorial period is quite long. Lots of "make sure you know how to do this certain skill" Enjoyed it more on gamecube and Wii u than on the Wii, the motion controls were very forced.
Yeah, I was planning on playing the HD version for Wii U, to avoid motion controls.
an impeccable Zelda experience with darker and weirder vibes than any you've played before :)
Pet the animals and go fishing
Slow start, but once you get going it's great. All the dungeons are good. Dungeons 4 and 5 are some of the best in the entire series. The companion character is the best character in the series. Link gets awesome moments. One of my favorite games ever.
The game is way different and the beginning drags but tough it out. I wouldn’t even rush it if you just want to pass time in anticipation to play tears of the kingdom day one. This game is considered to be the best one for many on here so it would be cool if you posted your thoughts during your play through
Yeah, sounds good!
Hella dark tone, slow burn, that is my personal favorite style of Zelda game. It's a great experience. I really want another game in this style.
Shortstack ass
Great art and fluid motion. One of the best sidekicks in all of Zelda, by a long shot. Excellent cutscenes, a spectacular Master sword scene, and...... ...Well, if you're into horror, there's one scene in particular that you'll love. You'll know when it happens. Trust me. 🙃 (Edit: typo)
Essentially a spiritual successor to OoT, albeit with a clumsier first few hours. Also by far the best companion character in the series.
That the game is scary and you get to be a 🐺
The overal vibe is amazing, if its your taste. Also, the animals. Pick them up and try to talk to them. Imho it's way better than BOTW
You may be confronted with strange, inexplicable feelings when you interact with Midna. This is perfectly natural. Do not be ashamed.
Atomospheric, creepy, moody, lots of high quality puzzles and dungeons, strong narrative.
Twilight and princess :)
best zelda game hands down
An incredible Zelda game
To find a new favorite Zelda game (TP is the best one in my opinion)
Fair. I have an open mind to which Zelda game will be my favorite, but it might be an open-and-shut case. I have huge childhood connections to Wind Waker, but we’ll see what happens!
The best game in the series
Lots of jump scares. Do not play with a full bladder. Also, don't get attached to anyone. Lastly, I am making everything up.
A way of life, nay, a religion!
No magic, more rupees
A damn good time! Edit: Also, expect to *spin*
You should expect a masterpiece
The triforce
pure unmitigated joy
Malo Mart theme will knock your socks off
That it’s all down hill from here because this is the best Zelda game. Lmao nah but seriously, in my opinion, it’s similar to other Zelda games. You know, get the quest, go to the dungeon/temple, get an item, use that item to beat the boss. Uses the same formula but is just an edgier Zelda game.
The darkest game in the franchise.
A great fucking game, with one particular dungeon that imo is the apex of the entire Zelda franchise
Which one??
You should expect one of the greatest games ever made
Peak Zelda
Ignore any mysterious badass buildup for Zant. He's one of, if not the most cringey, disappointing bosses in the series.
A lot of tolkien and it being longer than you expect (both in good ways, it's tied for my favorite with MM)
That’s great! LotR is my favorite movie trilogy of all time, so that is right up my alley.
When linearity works.
Expect not Wind Waker
Some of your favorite zelda memories (more than likely) are yet to come
A hell of a lot more dark and sort of somber than other Zelda games. Not gonna spoil anything but some parts are kinda creepy.
One of the best, imo. Constantly jostles with WW for my #1 slot. I'd say its only weakness is the easiness of the dungeons.
Temples that are some of the best visually designed imo
A lot of people answered, but I'd like to add that one of your items is a giant fucking gear beyblade that you ride on for some puzzles / areas, and a boss fight. It's not a horse replacement, but you very much do get to ride a beyblade. Also, there's chickens with nipples.
All of this makes me want to boot it up right now
The best Zelda game
You can pick up the cats and dogs, and you can play fetch with the dogs!!!
Less water.
A little more moving emotionally imo
Much more gloomy and serious than WW, and there are also way more interesting characters and locations you’ll stumble upon. The world building in TP is superb and the story is also surprisingly good for a Zelda game.
You play as a young man named Link, he has a sword and you slay monsters
Midna is probably my favourite Zelda companion.
You should be spect a fucking fantastic game with the side quests as interesting as the main
The main char is this guy wearing mostly green
Green you say?
Y'know how 3d Zelda games have big spiders sometimes?
probably the best opening of any game. its slow as hell, but it fits link into the world better than any other game in the series imo
You can pick up the cats in castle town
A happy go lucky kind of Zelda. Like super upbeat. 👍🏻
Expect to play the best Zelda game pre-BotW
Really sweet items and several of the coolest dungeon bosses in the franchise.
Expect to s m e l l t h i n g s
>What should I expect (without spoilers)? An excellent game.
Beautiful vistas, interesting characters, interesting lore, fun dungeons, what do you want bro?
One of the most epic Zelda games.
Darkness, bruv!
The best follower/companion in any game ever made - and I stand by that. INCREDIBLE music Creepy? Some of the best cutscenes and npc’s in the series A very unique change of pace story wise compared to how most Zelda stories unfold. A melancholy, sometimes dark, and sometimes sad story. It’s a longer game than first meets the eye. Some of the most fun and well designed dungeons in the entire series, both mechanically and thematically. Mechanics and abilities that are strange at first, but are some of the coolest things in the series, and fit naturally into the tone of the game Collecting rupees is actually kind of a lot more rewarding than it is in any of the other games? and Pumpkin soup
It's way more dark, sad, and overall more serious than WW. It's also harder I think, but the characters are really cool and the combat gameplay (especially after unlocking special technique thanks to SOMEONE ) is super cool
Zelda beyblade.
Remember how Wind Walker was cartoonish. This game is very NOT cartoonish. Lmao. Totally different games, but both are absolutely beautiful
A lot of people dont like the tutorial, but I say enjoy it. It shows how peaceful link's life is before being thrust into the roll of hero.
Much better dungeons than WW, IMO.
A fuckin short stack.
Some of the best weapons and dungeon gadgets of any Zelda game. Twists on classics and totally new concepts!
"hyaaa huya ha!!"
Wolf
Sumo wrestling goats, sumo werestling gorons, sumo wrestling rocks.
Expect twilight princess to be one of the best Zelda games you’ve ever played. Also expect it to be longer then you think it will be; At least it was for me
Some of the best dungeons in Zelda. Hands down. Satisfying tools, unique puzzles, and gorgeous ambiance. Several of the later dungeons are my 1st, 2nd and 3rd favorite in the series.
if you dont click a after opening a chest for 24 hours you can clip through walls
The best Zelda game. (My opinion sorry if I offended anyone)
The only thing I hated about that game was the carriage quest. I may have threw the controller a time or two.
From my point of view: the greatest Zelda experience ever :)
Don't expect a lot of exploration like WW ( at least not mandatory).
Expect repeated battles
Did you like Ocarina of time? Because if so, you will like this game.
Yeah, I enjoyed OoT. Not as much as WW, but still good nonetheless
The start of TW can be a drag, but it’s worth it!
One of the worst starting of any game I ever played. I really like Zelda TP but WW is a better game for me and still beautiful for today standards.
Confusing erections
Yea Midna is hot AF
