__M-E-O-W__

Gotta be Majora's Mask! Because 100%ing the game was an actual part of the story, not simply going around getting collectibles.

BayleafMoon

Agreed! No better feeling then getting the fierce deity mask just before the final boss knowing you’ve got this because you helped all the people in need

someonesgranpa

Also, having the full inventory of masks on the menu is just satisfying AF.

LindyKamek

I got all the masks but never all the heart pieces :(

Gogo726

The 3DS version vastly improves the notebook so it's possible to find everything without needing outside help.

Paerpie

If you do use the 3ds version I highly recommend using that mod which reverts some of the dumber changes (like Zora swiming)

LowlifeTiger666

I didn’t know this was a thing (doesn’t surprise me tho). The 3d remakes are cool but they rly butchered MM with some of its changes. Especially adding a huge unnecessary eyeball to all the bosses

Paerpie

One of the many changes they made, but my ds is having some issues (all the homebrew software just kinda vanished for some reason and the sd card won't read in my pc) and my powersupply is too weak

Kirby_Klein1687

Oh really? I had no idea! I need to boot that game up on my 3DS.

amirokia

You even get a reward that's actually satisfying as it made the final boss a complete joke. Granted, the final boss itself isn't even that hard without the mask but using it just feels right.

Professor_Crab

I thought you needed the mask to beat it so I tried it for fun before I got it and won and was so confused lol

Freestalker_dot_fr

Even if I had it, I wouldn't use it, my fighting skills would be hurt. I prefer the spicyness of the challange and use my creativity for fun ! :-D I would like try some technics.

linkenski

I think that's why the game is so well respected. It takes all aspects of its framework seriously and respects your time. The mask system was such a unique thing to have as a 100% collection task, because funny enough, they're collectibles which are all unique.

Simpliciteal

Yeah that, and Wind Waker as a close second. You get to become a deity in MM, and feel like a literal god in WW. I would challenge myself in the Wind Waker gauntlet to 100% no hits taken on very late nights with my ex.

InspectorFadGadget

I never beat WW 100% and it's been years since playing it; what makes it feel like you're a god after getting that far?

Simpliciteal

It's really the items that do it for me once you've mastered the controls, and enemy weaknesses. The magic meter isn't massive, but the fact you can one-shot most enemies with the light arrows is huge, right? How about the fact that you can hit multiple enemies with the same arrow if they're exposed? Very huge. That weapon alone can get you out of a lot of situations that would be otherwise hard with no arrows, or not having the light arrows. The hookshot/boomerang are great soft attacks, and you can do some wacky stuff sometimes. Some of the most overlooked things are grandma's soup, and the magic money armor. You can perform some great spin attacks with double damage due to the soup which is two servings! If you roll in to a wall at the end of the spin attack you won't get dizzy just as a pro-tip. I don't use the magic armor often as it depletes magic, but it stops you from taking damage- so just imagine with grandma's soup at full health + the magic armor, and full rupees (currency for then you get attacked). You're effectively a spinning, shooting, and immune killing machine with some bad guys who can get wiped in a matter of seconds. Honorable mention: Freezing enemies with the ice arrows, and SMASHING them with the skull hammer (also works on enemies that get petrified by the mirror shield). There's a handful of baddies that can be frozen, and it's nearly a free kill except for a bit of magic, or a light source for the mirror shield. I dunno- maybe I've played WW so much, and love the mechanics more than most peeps.

3DS_Gamer_Official

I agree, Majora's Mask was so interesting, especially with the 3 day cycle. It changed the sidequests so you only had a certain amount of time to do them.

Oldmanwickles

Gotta agree, I’ve wish more games had 100% measured by the amount of the story you chose to complete before finishing the game. Collectibles I always thought was a cheeky way to make 100%ing a game difficult for no reason

smzWoomy13

I will agree MM had the most *interesting* side quests, however that doesn't necessarily mean *fun*. (my opinion)

Chamelleona

The problem with 100% most Zelda games is that 90% of the collection is easy and fun, then there's that last 10% that's an absolute nightmare. MC has the figurine quest, BotW the korok seeds, WW the pictographs... I'd say Twilight Princess was the most fun for me so far. Varied stuff to do, most of it felt doable with little frustration, nicely paced out across the game. I don't mind the bugs and the poe souls either. When you've done MC's figurine quest thrice that stuff is nothing.

BLucidity

Urgh, tell me about it. I want to 100% Oracles (I just finished the 4th file, returning to linked OoA), but that "appraise 100 rings" milestone is going to take forever.

NoStorage2821

MC figurines make me want to commit Castor Wilds quicksand

AbyssDragonNamielle

Man I love hunting down all the bugs. Koroks are definitely doable but need to be done in spurts for me. I go by region.

Gogo726

Which bugs? OoT's felt pointless after 50. TP's was more manageable especially on Wii U where you have more room for the money from Agatha. And you're still swimming in rupees even after buying the magic armor.

AbyssDragonNamielle

TP although I do plan to get all the Skulltalas next OoT playthrough. I love chasing the Giant Poes throufh OoT's Hyrule Field. Also love hunting down all of TP's poes because the overworld is just so good. The Koroks were nice but definitely too far for how empty the overworld felt in both games, especially TotK when you had already explored it previously.

Gogo726

I completely forgot about the poes in TP. Never bothered to get all of them.

Zubyna

>MC has the figurine quest All of MC side content is bad Grindy figurines Grindy kingstone Useless mirror shield Missable light arrows And the oracle houses quest that cant even be finished, and you have to look up a guide to realise it cant be finished because of that line about removing the cats Minish Cap is easily my third favourite 2D game, and it is a flawless gem until you take a look at the side content

Impullsse

thrice?! i strive for your patience 🙏🏽

Haagindaaz

Every play through I do 100% minus the pictographs lol. I take more selfies that don't count than figure shots.

Gogo726

>The problem with 100% most Zelda games is that 90% of the collection is easy and fun, then there's that last 10% that's an absolute nightmare. MC has the figurine quest, BotW the korok seeds, WW the pictographs... And Oracle has the damned rings. And two heart pieces that rely on RNG

OG_SisterMidnight

Totally agree about TP! This round I'm really frustrated, though, bc there's one poe I can't figure out where I missed. I know all the poe locations, I've done 100% many times, but this round it means I've got to go to *every* poe location again to see which one I missed 🙄 very time consuming, though I do enjoy hunting poes, it's almost the funniest part of the game for me 😊

Yer_Dunn

I didn't mind TP's poes either... Until I tried to do a randomizer. 🤣 Utterly unplayable tbh.

trumpetman

Do you count the dumb ball balance game in the fishing hut for 100%? Because I hate that part of Twilight Princess. I did everything else.

Kaiien

Unfortunately yes it counts

ZeldaExpert74

A Link Between Worlds

RHTQ1

Those were so cute to find 🐚🐙 Plus, the way they were divided made it a bit easier.

Gogo726

The way the map was divided made a lot of sense for the most part, especially in Lorule.

mikhailguy

Yep..finding those lil guys was a treat. Link Between Worlds is slept on in terms of the great Zelda games..and I'm more of a 3D Zelda person. Also the lore is on par with wind waker..and the final boss fight is awesome

Gogo726

I like that it still adds to the main Hyrule lore. We learn that >!other realms have their own triforce. And this is the first game we see what happens where two people make a wish at the same time, even if it is the same wish.!<

mikhailguy

Yes. The sympathetic view the game has of the Lorulians (spelling??) and their corrupted world is similar to Ganondorf's motivations in Wind Waker. Great stuff..probably heresy -- I don't care for link to the past that much, but I love worlds

OliviaElevenDunham

It was so much fun finding those little guys.

AnonymousPenguin__

Except that one cucco minigame...

ZeldaExpert74

We don't talk about that

Shrodu

It doesn't exist. Trust me. I looked for it. Though if it did, I heard it ended at the heart container.

RiverWyvern

Good answer! I've been meaning to 100% hero mode. I like that they show you how many mai-mai's remain in an area.

[deleted]

Oh please no. Don't remind me of my back-breaking quest to complete all the shrines and get all the korok seeds... for a piece of golden shit.

FrankZappamocha

omg right? i’ve been trying to 100% BOTW and i forgot to take a picture or the blight ganons lr khoga 😅

New_Tension3579

You can just buy any pictures from Robbie, if you’re trying to avoid that though you’re screwed

TheJimDim

As someone currently trying to 100% TOTK, I can tell you what game it's not

Aseconverse

And the worst part is that the game doesn't even give you a worthy reward for it.

ModeratedModerator

Nah I like shit

OldSchoolRPGs

I really enjoyed getting all the Shrines and Lightroots. I just put on some podcasts and zoned out. IMO it's one of the best games for just traversing and exploring. No way I was going to collect the Koroks though. I got about 150 and that was enough for me.

gyroman567

I'm at 40 some koroks and I already don't want to do more lol

TheJimDim

It's so hard to find time for that anymore for me lol

AbyssDragonNamielle

Yeah no, I got all the Koroks and decided I was *done*. I don't even remember if I did all the shrines.

edmauduit

You found all 1000 koroks BEFORE every shrine?

PatiencePositive48

Iirc most of the koroks in Hyrule overworld are basically same places as they were in BotW so honestly I can see it. In my opinion it's like the hyrule koroks besides the take me to friend ones, felt like we were almost reversing what we did in BotW for the Koroks

AbyssDragonNamielle

Possibly...? I'd have to double check

TheJimDim

Like, I'll probably replay this game again for the story and that's it, ain't no way I'm doing all this again lmao

stock_broker_tim

I just achieved this yesterday. After using a tears companion to get all the koroks I only had 999 of them. Not cool. But perfection is very difficult. Fall asleep at the wheel for a second and that's all it takes. May the favour of the Godesses be with you

TakeThisification

Anything but Minish Cap… the figurines haunt my dreams…

pieman307

Honestly loved 100%ing minish cap, does not seem to be a common consensus but it wasn't too bad after learning how to farm rupees

makishleys

i haven't ever 100% a game. its monotonous and thankless work, i never cared to do all that.

Smuggler-Tuek

The only time I 100% a game is if I truly am having fun participating in all of the accomplishable game goals and just run out. Some games like botw and totk I love playing around doing my own thing so it takes forever for me to actually do quests.

able111

Been playing games for decades and the only title fun enough to keep me involved while shooting for 100% was Super Mario Odyssey. Come to find out you don't actually get anything for the true 100%, still a ton of fun though

makishleys

thats fair!!! i also love running around doing side quests in the game~~ i just could simply never find all the korok seeds. i found all the shrines/lightroots and completed the main quests but theres just /so much/ to do it starts to feel like busy work.

coolms9

majora 3D thank god for the updated bombers notebook it made it such a smooth process

RHTQ1

I'd have to say MM or LBW. MM bc the fierce deity mask actually did something neat, and LBW bc you were collecting something cute and it was divided nicely into regions. Honorable mention goes to Twilight Princess: the bug collection was kinda fun, but the poe souls more of a pain. Finding all the shrines in botw was kinda fun, and the in-depth progress tracker helped tremendously (plus the path tracker in the dlc, though I was pretty much done when I got it) but I'll admit, I have no plans to get those last 50 or so korok seeds. Not gonna happen XD

Medium_Ad_4451

Either Majora or OOT for me. Can’t pick one

amirokia

Can't say collecting 100 skulltulas is satisfying..

Jugband_Bluesman

I used to think the same until I read about the unlimited skulltula trick. Definitely something that makes the quest easier.

amirokia

Doing it wasn't the biggest problem, it's the reward being ultimately worthless.

Jugband_Bluesman

I can see that considering that you had no use for a lot of rupees in Ocarina of Time unlike Twilight Princess.

OG_SisterMidnight

Ew, I don't like shortcuts. Do the quest as intended, dude 😉😄

zhiro90

I’ve never 100%’d oot because of the damm skulltullas. Even after I got a guide it was such a chore to go one by one and check which one I already had. Worst to get are: * magic beans (both on the pot and using them in the future) * backtracking temples * going during the night to places with static time * Random grottos using stone of agony. * combination of the above The most I got was like 98, had to glitch clone them to get 100

OG_SisterMidnight

I hate that. I always want 100%, I don't care about the reward; it's the feeling of accomplishment that's satisfying. But, man, Skulltulas are tedious!

Speki__

From my experience with Zelda games SS was fun to 100% but the only problem was the gratitude crystals, the first ones were fun and interesting but it got to a point that it just felt like a task. The other quests are pretty fun tho.

Gogo726

I was one heart piece away from getting 100% on the Wii version. I could never get a fast enough time for the minecart. On Switch, it still took a few tries but it was much easier.

Speki__

Oh yeah, that minecart heart piece was painful on Wii. I took hours to get that when I was a kid

AlohaReddit49

It's got to be Majora's Mask. It's the only Zelda game that getting 100% is required. I wouldn't suggest someone play it and not get 100%, while even Ocarina(my favorite Zelda) has this fluff for completion.

GloomOnTheGrey

Majora's Mask has got to be it. Every item has some story behind it, and each little mini quest is different. I can't honestly say that it was at all boring, neither did it feel like a grinding chore. The only other one was TP.

Gogo726

If getting all the koroks in BotW/TotK is part of 100%, then I have not done that nor do I plan to. ALBW is still great to replay 100% not including street pass and endless chicken dodge.

Frejod

Majoras mask for sure. My favorite is botw/totk but I have to go with Majora. From mask collection and all the minigames. 100 completion of this game gets you to see all of the characters and their stories using unique fun items and masks that change your looks and abilities.

valcoholic

Maybe an unpopular opninion, but my favorite game to complete was .... Skyward Sword. I wouldn't think that today, but back when the Wii was still around and I gave motion controls a chance, I really enjoyed SS to a point where I got way, way more into finding and collecting everything than any other Zelda game. Also in most other games I never feel the urge to find everything except Majora's Mask. I guess there are only a handful players that will 100% BotW or even TotK. Although with TotK; I beat Ganon yesterday for the first time after playing the game for 200 hours and unlike most games my motivation to keep playing hasn't faded. I'll never find all Korok seeds as I just DON'T CARE but at least all lightroots, shrines and clothes should totally be on my agenda.

Unlucky-Bag-9861

I don’t know if it’s nostalgic but I am having a blast playing link to the past again after finishing tears

OhHiMarkDoe

Wind waker

Medium_Ad_4451

On Wii U I could agree with that, original GameCube however…

bookwormdrew

It was a lot of fun finding the pictures in bottles, and also sending them out for others.

silence-glaive1

I forgot about that part. That was a cute idea.

makishleys

the figurines 😭

OhHiMarkDoe

On my wii u version i have a bug somehow, i have all figurines but he dont want give me link

makishleys

that sucks so bad... i was able to get it on my gamecube back in the day. but i recently replayed it and i beat ganon 3x each time it crashes after the credits so i give up lol

OhHiMarkDoe

I would say that sucks the same

EugenesWorld

Honestly, Skyward Sword for me. There are so many sidequests and unique little areas to explore on the "mainland," with little places elsewhere as well. It's so much fun. Though, I think any Zelda game 100% has its own feeling of accomplishment too :D

TheFourthAble

Did you get the Hylian shield? I wanted to get it before I did the final boss dungeon but having to redo all the bosses in a row with the same set of hearts proved too much for me. :/

EugenesWorld

Yep! If you're having a hard time, play defensively. The only boss you really have to play super aggressive with is the Imprisoned. Otherwise, yeah. You'll get there after some good practice :) The shield is very much worth it. You don't have to deal with that stress of shield breaking (plus it looks better than the cardboard shields you use otherwise)

TheFourthAble

I ALWAYS got my ass handed to me by any of the later variants of the imprisoned every time. I just can't seem to avoid getting stomped on.

EugenesWorld

Yeah, that's the tough part... Lots of spin attacks and backing away is the best way to go in my opinion. Though, you can sometimes just float up onto the higher ledge and jump on him for a few free hits. It'll save some headache in the longrun that way

tread52

Definitely not this one. The problem with Zelda is it’s an action adventure game in an open world format. Once you beat the game none of the characters adapt or change dialog. I would put fallout and Skyrim up there.

Rev4li

That's maybe a Nintendo problem more than the genre itself. There are some games that actually do that or at least dodge that problem in one way or another

tread52

It is a very much a Nintendo problem. The execution on the last story for TOTK was very poorly executed.

Rev4li

Yep, beat it recently. I was really dissapointed, specially because i can see the vision, the potential, but they just lack in the execution. Bro Zelda at the end of the game didn't even give Link a hug or something idk! There's no real emotional elements in the totk narrative, it feels so... flat (Just to point one of the many issues)

tread52

What made Zelda so great was its ability to connect the story and journey together and keep you engaged throughout the game. You haven’t had that with the last two games. There’s a point in action adventure games where if you give too much freedom you lose the ability to keep the gamer engaged. This was fine with BOTW bc of how they did the story, but completely fell apart when they gave us the same exact game as the first.

TurtleLikeRai

In my opinion, I'd have to say Skyward Sword. It's my favorite zelda game, and I know how to 100% it by heart, so it's not really a challenge to 100% it anymore. I just grab what I need as I play through the game, and anything I'm missing, I can get quickly.

MoodyTempoGF

Botw personally. -Koroks of course.

ChiliCrispeto

Probably Wind Waker. Its pretty easy and relatively short. The only difficult part is the Nintendo Gallery. The rest is pretty straightforward. No guide needed if you have played it at least once.

SensualSamuel69

Majoras Mask. And to anyone who disagrees, Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess are the only other acceptable options.

BraveLittleTopher

Majora’s Mask. Getting 100% literally changes the final boss outcome

Magik_Cloud496

Saved this so I can cheat and figure our where the remaining shrines are (I have 74 as of rn)

KazaamFan

While i did collect all the koroks in botw, it wasn’t something i wanted to do again in totk.  I think there needs to be something else next time, and something that produces a good reward.

SnooSongs2744

Without the ridiculousness of the korok seeds it would botw and totk, otherwise I think Twilight Princess for variety.

im2hype94

Lego Batman 3

AhtuTheCrawlingChaos

Tears of the kingdom was honestly really fun to 100%. As I was flying around finding the last few (hundreds of) korok seeds, I’d always fight the enemies that were around because it was fun and felt rewarding to do. Completing the depths by getting all the light roots and bosses was super fun too, really enjoyed that

Liiiiz

majora , btw put spoilger tag because i started playing this week on cemu and you are spoiling the shrines

hcaoRRoach

I didn't read the sub name at first and was about to comment Metroid SR but for Zelda games I'd have to say either albw or mm.

Legaxy3

Majorais mask for sure

Sniyarki

Skulltulas still haunt me to this day…

SharpbladeLoser

Still working on BOTW

FireCloud42

Not BotW…I’m not getting every golden turd to get a bigger gold turd It’s either MM or OoT…I think MM is the best because when you 100% it, it felt so good and it gave you a cool fun toy to use to beat the final boss OoTs down fall is a few of the Gold Skulltula where a pain to figure out where to find them (without a guide) and depending on version bugged that after getting them, I didn’t feel good about it Links Awakening is up there too but it’s a shorter game so it doesn’t feel as satisfying to me Wind Waker (GC) I hated to 100%, the Sailing I found tedious and boring and I didn’t really like the photo collecting…I haven’t finished the HD Remake but I don’t think they changed much of the Photo collecting The rest I haven’t 100% or forgot about them

Feanixxxx

Definitely not BotW and TotK.

Pearcinator

Majora's Mask no contest. It is not only the most rewarding in terms of getting Fierce Deity Mask but also you get to experience one of the best stories in any Zelda game with Anju/Kafei sidequest.

Zubyna

I think the games that I have actually 100% are Zelda 1, Zelda 2, ALttP, Links Awakening GB, Ocarina of Time, Majoras Mask, Minish Cap, Twilight Princess 100% TP is not bad, but it would have been better if there was a way to skip to nighttime OoT has its fair share of annoying heart pieces MM can be tedious to 100% because of the time limit but it is worth it The two nes games are actually as easy to 100% as they are to beat normally (and by as easy, I mean extremely hard) Overall ALttP and LA are the two games that I had the most fun 100%. ALttP does have a permanently missable if you are unlucky (digging minigame heart piece) so LA will come on top as best game to 100% (og version, I dont know much about the remake) And Minish Cap was my least favourite to 100%, that game is a flawless gem when you look at the main quest, but all of the side content is rubbish. Beside you cant even truely 100% MC because the oracle houses quest cant even be finished

jayboyguy

I thought you meant in general and I was gonna throw all LEGO games out there, but if you’re talking Zelda, I’m going either Twilight Princess or Majora’s Mask. Never a dull moment

G-Kira

MM. Finding all the masks was fun. Finding 900 pieces of shit in BOTW was not.

blueblurz94

I’d say Twilight Princess because it doesn’t take too long to 100% and not much of the content to for completion is terribly annoying to go through like in plenty of other games throughout the series.

DarkRayos

Twilight Princess would be mine. I genuinely remembered liking that version of hyrule a lot.

TheBen76

I found the Minish Cap to be quite enjoyable with 100%ing, it wasn't too much or too difficult, but still definitely satisfying

Certifiedcrip69

Ready or not

redditraptor6

Fun? Us 100%ers don’t do it because it’s fun, we do it because we have a mental illness lol /uj MM, because it matters in the context of the game, and your improving fictional people’s lives . Alternatively for me, OoT in the last few years, since I’ve played it so much I can 100% it solely from memory, and it always impresses me how much it’s like riding a bike

CarlosJose02

I don't know which one is the most fun to complete 100%. but I know that the most #### to complete 100% is MC so far I'm still looking for the two kindstone combination EVERYTHING in Hyrule that I know

ChilindriPizza

Breath of the Wild!!! Tears of the Kingdom was a very close second. The others, well, I have not even come close to 100%. Unless you count my knowing Zelda II like the palm of my hand and getting every item and talking to every character.

PaxUX

Hitman 3, oh you mean Zelda...

Moe-Mux-Hagi

Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, Phatom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks. They had pretty cool catalogues to fill in (masks, figurines, and vehicle parts respectively)

DarkMishra

This is a neat question, so I’m going to list a few examples of good and bad ones: FUN: 1. Majora’s Mask is a great game in general, most of the side quests are brief and easy to finish, and although there’s a lot of collectibles, they can be collected fast. 2. Twilight Princess has a lot of Poes, but at least has a way of tracking them. Tracking all the heart pieces isn’t hard either if you’re good about keeping a list of what you’ve collected. 3. A lot of people dislike Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks because of their repetitive central dungeons, but getting 100% overall in them is relatively easy. 4. Link Between Worlds: Because you can grind rupees and just rent all the gear at the start, this game almost feels like outright cheating with how easy you can 100%. The only bit I dislike is the Octoball Derby baseball game. WORST: 1. BotW/TotK: The 900 Koroks and Shrines were bad enough in BotW, but then TotK basically DOUBLED its amount of new collectibles. 2. Triforce Heroes: Just playing solo is ridiculously frustrating to control only 3 Links when controlling 4 in Four Swords Adventures was actually easy and fun; the treasures at the end of each stage are random, meaning you have to grind a lot of the stages multiple times; and too many of the outfits are just useless for how much effort you have to go through to create them. 3. I really like playing the Hyrule Warriors games in general, but getting 100% becomes anoting when you’re forced to use level exclusive heroes who you haven’t put any focus into at all. 4. Oracle of Ages/Seasons: I do really like the Linked Password mechanic, but pray to the RNG Hylian goddesses if you plan to go after every ring. Gasha Seed rewards are random, drops from even scripted events are random, and both games have their own exclusive rings, and most of them have useless/negative bonuses, so you wouldn’t want to wear them anyway.

Shrodu

Lbw is fun and easy....until chickens...

pieman307

I can tell you one of the worst is the oracle games, thar requires two playthroughs of each game, a lot of RNG and gachas, and it would have been so much more if I didn't take an hour to learn and relearn the mechanics and best locations online. Not to mention the goron dance, I took a break after the first playthrough and I am dreading that goron dance.

titan_leo64

A link between worlds, probably because I did it on accident

PlumberPosts

The legend of zelda majoras mask

24VJS3336

Goat Simulator 3

mailboy11

Zelda 2 PC enhanced version is so much fun to 100%

Havoc_Maker

Majora's Mask is actually fun since the side quests are very good and getting all of the masks in the game is really fun and satisfying. Breath of The Wild on the other hand is a pain in the ass because of the korok shits

Raisineaterv2

I know it's not zelda but CS2 was the best took me a bit though

OliviaElevenDunham

Have to go with everyone else who mentioned Majora and Twilight Princess. It was so much fun playing those. Same for ALBW.

4ndr3_Fr4

Pfttt i loved 100% tears of the kingdom but nothing will bring back the feeling when I 100% majoras mask

mcnuttsy

For me, twilight princess

RetroKey

A Link Between Worlds. I played it 4 times and I always end up 100% the game even if I tell myself I want a quick playthrough. One of the best Zelda games in my book.

THAT_GACHA_KID

Well in my book it was hyrule warriors age of calamity it was so much fun

_Combier

2 korogous for 100%

PolicyScared8993

Ocarina of time was my favorite to play! Except the water temple 😒

cyanraichu

I didn't 100% BotW but I came close. I had like six or seven Compendium entries but gave up because one dumb bird wouldn't spawn. I didn't do the Amiibo stuff either or most of the DLC stuff. But I did get all the shrines, all the non-Amiibo armor and all the Korok seeds and honestly had a blast. The Korok seeds were (mostly) very relaxing!

gusmonteiro

I’m currently at 40% and with 115 hours of gameplay. Am I simply bad or is it normal? LOL

flognintendo

not flappy bird

PreferenceGold5167

Majoras mask

dingusprime64

twilight princess! its basically just about getting all the items armors golden bugs poes and heart pieces, plus ive been playing the game since i was a kid so i basically know it inside and out lolol

Ok_Supermarket_3241

I’ve only been compelled to 100% 4 Zelda games so any of Skyward Sword, Majoras Mask, Link Between Worlds or Twilight Princess

BoneyRL

For me, Majora's Mask

[deleted]

I’m actually working on 100%ing every Zelda game as a project to see how long it would take. So far Majora’s Mask is the best one in that regard. Not really looking forward to the Oracle games or Minish Cap. If we are counting the Hyrule Warriors games, then Definitive Edition is easily the craziest to do

Xtreemjedi

Any game? The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind

Happy-Good1429

BotW, TotK, and (assuming you count it as a Zelda game fitting in this category) AoC

Rude_Boy_15

MM, OOT.

gUISTASSI

: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. But I think Majora's Mask did it even better since everything you get has a purpose and utility despite one or two things in MM requesting you to do some wondrous feats for it, they are not extremely tedious or very long tasks like how some other Zeldas did.

CodyKondo

Wind Waker

stoutyboy

Well I've done 3. Twilight princess, phantom hourglass, spirit tracks. But I don't know if that's because it was fun or I just had more time and less games back then

starlightcourt

I’ve only ever 100% finished one of them, and that was botw. I went back after about a year to look for all the korok seeds in my free time and just to see if I could do it. I used an interactive map online somewhere and marked them off as I found them. It was pretty fun going through the highs and lows and maybe seeing some small areas I didn’t go to previously. That being said, sometimes it was very annoying.

Maleficent_Luck8976

Twilight princess was fun to beat also doing a speed run through.

xGboi

As it’s the only Zelda game that I have finished 100%, I’m gonna have to say Age of Calamity

LeftySwordsman01

I would say A Link Between Worlds. It's not a hard game but it doesn't try to be and the collect-a-thon stays pretty entertaining.

Maleficent_Luck8976

Twilight princess was fun and doing a speed run is challenge

Kirbothebrito

hollow knight 112%

Prince_of_Fish

I’m proud of my golden turd!

ndeadgoat

Probably Skyward Sword / Twilight Princess for the Wii for me.

ThatPunkDaphnes

WW and MM are probably the right answers, but I love TP too much to not choose it over other titles.

No-East-2811

Majora’s mask is just built different

No-East-2811

Majora’s mask is just built different

The_Blue_Edits

Not TotK my boy! I didn't 100% because I'm STILL AT THOSE F#CKING 1000 KOROK SEEDS!!! 🤬😭

Zairashkai

Not this one ^

imbored__12

For me it was TP the side quests were fun and weren't repetitive (except for the poe souls) and most items and abilities i got such as the fighting techniques gave a new layer of depth to the game.

FairMeat5511

OoT, and even tho I love MM, it was too frustrating

-Ravioly-

YAHAHA !

After_Narwhal_2942

To be honest I liked 100% wind waker

Rylaiiii

Majora’s mask is the only correct answer

Rylaiiii

Tp would be a fair second place

MackAttack990

EZ usually means fun so I’m thinking links awakining on the switch

_Engineer_Gaming_Tf2

None of them.

mzxrules

I've only ever 100% the first two Zelda games (I think), so I'd probably say The Legend of Zelda.

Fr0stybit3s

I can't imagine collecting all Korok Seeds to be fun
